  This place is absolutely horrible, basically extortion. Will shut your car off over a single dollar. I paid my payment for my car to still be shut off and stranded til the next day. When it came to my car service they would just say “leave it in the parking lot and we’ll will get to it whenever we get to it.” I put down 1300 for a 09 car with 27% interest paying 1000 a month, payments every 2 weeks this place is a complete rip off DO NOT GO HERE! When you buy a car they’ll ask you to leave a good comment on here for them to look good but I promise you this place is horrible

  They’ll tow your car if you’re behind on payments or in the hospital. They’ll also immobilize your car if you don’t agree with their insurance when you have your own.

  Yall are paying a higher car payment because yall are paying gap insurance (From what Richard stated) the lender that they use requires for you to have their gap insurance which I stated to him that’s wild cause why not let people use their own full coverage insurance why scam people into paying extra for yall insurance on top of paying for their own insurance. So your paying (Car note which is bi weekly + their gap insurance + your own insurance) all because “The lender” welp do they have a lender that doesn’t require you use their insurance is the next question (From what Richard saying NOPE) to me that’s kinda shady I’ve never went to a dealer where you have to use their insurance which gap most dealers just require you to have full coverage + a deductible. Also what really made me question them is the fact I’m texting one person name Ryan who stated he was “ I’m the person who calls or texts everyone who reaches out” but when I asked for a sales manager or finance manager he came back with “ I’m one of the sales managers too, what are you looking to know” sir get our lie together.. So that’s when Richard stated texting me but from the same iPhone number that Ryan was texting me on which made me question them. So I asked for Phillip Ryan stated to me “ I do have a Phillip at all“ but if you go through the reviews on here all you see is PHILLIP so I asked him is he not at the dealership anymore he stated he doesn’t have a Phillip never have. Just off the communication very shady and don’t just go off the google reviews search them on Facebook Yelp BBB those are the real reviews from real people. That insurance “lender” requiring gap told me all I need to know but again they are suppose to be “BHPH”
