After having done extensive research online, I had narrowed down my list of options and went into this dealership for test driving. Shortly after, I purchased a Honda HRV Sport from them. I'd like to give a big and loud shoutout to Stephen, who guided me and my husband through the whole process, from beginning to end. He provided an outstanding experience, truly going above and beyond to ensure that our needs and expectations would be met and that the process would be seamless and easy. I can't give him enough compliments! The Sales Manager, Leo, was wonderful as well. Great team!
For anyone in the market looking to make an auto-purchase, I highly recommend this dealership.

I have been using Honda of Gainesville for my family's 2 Honda's for the past year (since 2025). I have (unfortunately) had to have several repairs/services to both of our cars, and every single time I have had an outstanding experience with the service department at Honda of Gainesville. Specifically, I want to highlight an individual named Mr. Eugene "Gene" for his exceptional professionalism and dedication for every single visit.
From the start, Eugene was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me navigate my vehicle’s issue. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond, as he he took the time to dig deeper into my family's most recent situation and ultimately discovered that a necessary replacement part was still covered under warranty. This not only resolved the issue efficiently but also saved me a significant amount of money.
It’s rare to encounter someone so thorough and customer-focused, and I will always recommend Eugene/Gene to anyone who needs help!

Jimmie did a amazing job from start to finish he went above and beyond. Jimmie helped us get a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer with a decent monthly payment his manager helped us get a pretty good deal on our interest rate as well. The staff is excellent they cooked us breakfast for free while we waited they detailed the car throwed in mats filled up the gas tank and even gave us a big balloon for our son cause we told them he loves balloons. If I ever need another vehicle again ill be coming back thanks Honda of Gainesville Fl

I'm going to make this as brief as possible. I put 15,000 down on an Arcadia. First, I was quoted 30,000 when the internet price was 22,000. Then I was assured I was financed, and drove off the lot. This was March 16th. After 6 weeks of still not being financed, I was called in to refinance at a 16% interest rate.. Mind you, I put 15,000 down. But they managed to raise my amt to 21,000. Owed.
April 25, I got an Approval for financing. April 27th the car, failed as I got into a lane on 441. I drifted over to the side. Pretty shook because this could have caused a serious accident. On the highway. The car indicated engine fail and the engine light came on. I went to the dealship and was sent to service. The service tech never acknowledged me or gave me his name or asked what he could do for me. But I volunteered my problem which he did not care to hear. He tells me I have a gmc and this was a honda dealership. He treated me like i was a total moron. I'm well aware I have a Gmc and I have full coverage.. and he informs me I have to take it to a gmc dealership. He was very negative towards me. And my vehicle. I was assured my car would be taken care of but this man did his best to make a fool out of me like I was bothering him. He indicated for me to come over to another tech and promptly tells me I have a lot of problems. What problems? (I just came in for service) I also told him I have full coverage which I stated was head to toe coverage and he tells me theres no such thing. Then im told my warranty is not activated. Ok. So I found out my warranty is not activated until may 11th. So ive had my car since March 16th..and they are telling me May 11th is 30 days. Ok, so I can't drive this vehicle and can't get it serviced until May 11th. I can't drive it..I thought it was a fluke but the car stopped on me 2 more times on 75. Monday. With engine fail. My life and others may not mean anything to the service technician but there are many people and animals that do love me. And would be devastated. And the innocent people that would be caught up in an accident because the car failed.
And another thing..The service technician pointed out that they can't even hook it up to their equipment because the Honda equipment won't recognize the Gmc. So how did it pass inspection to be on the lit in the first place. I am a senior citizen and a veteran.

I have taken three honda vehicles for service at this location and there have been numerous times that we had major issues for simple services on brand new cars. 2019 honda CRV, 2022 honda accord and 2025 honda pilot. We've had blown main fuses, engine bay oil cap left uncapped which resulted in oil spill and engine damage (car ended up having to be traded in at another dealership to avoid further issues), services typically take longer than expected and event then they fail to do simple tasks like topping off fluids (even after telling them multiple times to please do that) or checking certain specific items you mention during the visit.
Most recently for a tire rotation and oil change we had a punctured tire and damaged rim on a 2025 honda pilot that is in like new condition. It's been one week of a lot of going back and forth, false promises, extremely poor communication from the service department and upper management at the dealership (Jason - service manager is extremely rude and lacks any customer service skills) were they simply don't even bother to call customers back despite numerous calls. They apparently replaced the tire but we are still waiting for a rim repair that was supposed to happen days ago.
We are reasonable people that expect just minimum customer service but this is not what you will get here. I highly discourage anyone from taking their vehicles in for service at this location. You WILL have a bad experience at some point.
