  Highly recommend Enterprise for vehicle rental. They are professional and very nice. They also made the rental process short and you are on your way.

  I have interacted with this office three times personally, and as a travel arranger have unfortunately sent two of my Travelers here. It won't happen again. Every single time there is an extensive line that can last up to an hour. They are severely understaffed. And then they tell you that they are out of cars or don't have the car you requested. It's just not worth it, skip this office and go to a different one.

  Booked a noon pickup and showed up on time, only to be told the car wasn't ready and I'd need to wait another 1 to 2 hours for returns to come in. If that's how the operation runs, the appointment system is misleading. It gives customers a time to plan around that apparently means nothing. Would've appreciated a heads-up call that morning instead of finding out at the counter. Only redeeming point was the staff were polite about it.

  I rented a car from NJ to get home to Gainesville due to an accident. Dropped the car off on Saturday after they closed. I called Monday to confirm they checked it in. I was told their system was down and call on Tuesday. Called on Tuesday, and was told the same thing. Called this morning to only be told that since I rented it from NJ, I have to call the store I rented it from to get my deposit back. This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard this week. What kind of customer service is that?!?! I called NJ, they said the car was checked in on Sunday, and she refunded my deposit. The people in this Gainesville store should have told me this on Monday so I didn't waste THREE days trying to get my deposit back. There is no way this store was unable to do business for 3 days due to their system being down! I didn't waste my time telling the manager because I don't believe anything this office tells me at this point. Highly annoyed and will not use this office again. EVER!

  Booked a rental days in advance and selected an easy on gas SUV. I do the online check-in the day before and show up the next day 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If it wasn’t already almost 5:00PM I would have left as soon as I say they had only 3 vehicles on the lot, a line of customers, and people complaining. I didn’t want to chance booking someplace else and not getting a vehicle. I and everyone else was told that they were waiting on vehicles to be returned. What are reservations and online check-in ins for? They offered me a White Silverado that everyone else turned down and I was told they wouldn’t make it the same price as the suv I reserved. I said no because I wasn’t trying to pay more for a truck that takes more gas when gas is expensive. He eventually agreed to make it the same price as the SUV and even know I knew I’d pay more for gas during a 5 hour each way trip I needed a vehicle. I bought the fuel in advance to return it on E which cost me $90 so you can imagine how much it cost to fill up multiple times. It cost more than the rental. I returned it (with a quarter tank) which leads me to the real reason for this review. I’m waiting to turn in the key and the lady in front of me is speaking to an employee about her return. The guy asks how everything went and she said good besides the wait to pick up the vehicle. He asked what he could do to make it right. She said anything. He said how about next time you rent a vehicle from us I will comp your gas. She was happy and said thank you. I get up to the guy and he gives the keys to someone else and asks him to do the walk around. As we walked around the truck he asked how everything went and I explained everything about not getting the vehicle I reserved, the extra cost, and the wait on pick up day. I got no offer for anything and didn’t get a customer survey from Enterprise. I’m not sure that race had anything to do with it but I was the only one of a different race in there that day. This is my 2nd bad experience in a row at this location.
