  Customer service not good in this location. Do not greet customer. When its time for you at the desk start with you then take on other customers why you stand there.not very professional

  Got double billed for rental price...Luckily I looked over my bank statement when I did..Now I have to wait few days for refund back to my card...

  Yesterday I was stuck on the side of the road in Waldo. I called in and explained my situation to the young lady I spoke to. I asked her if it was possible for a car to be delivered to my location and I did notice the office closed at 1PM. She assured me that yes it was possible even after closing hours. She took my information, location and apologized for my predicament I was in. After about an hour (1:30 PM) I called the 1 800 number on my reservation to see if they could give me any status and I was told someone would be sent out in about 10 minutes, from where I do not know. The tow truck waited with me and told me unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. They took gave me a ride to the Gainesville Airport where I spoke to the Enterprise agent there. He explained to me that unfortunately yes the cars are to come from the location at which I booked, and that he has run into this issue with other customers as well. He stated that they have apparently told this specific location to provide customers with their number as well incase of situations as such. As I was stuck on the side of the road in the heat with my older Mother & Aunt, that kind of information would have been very useful. I have never recieved a call, follow from this office regarding my status on delivery of vehicle. Please fix your communication systems. I realize this maybe unique but if there are no car deliveries after closing hours please ensure all staff that work for this location are aware and not leaving customers stranded on the side of the road. Thankful for local transportation company W-M-P Road Service for their excellent customer service in ensuring we were not stranded and taken care of.

  i recently totaled my car and i was sent here to rent a vehicle, only had a ram in stock so i got that until cars were available, i got into a malibu with a safety issue and a divot in the windshield, went the next day and swapped it out and the staff all were very nice and got me into a much better & safer vehicle. thank you so much i really appreciate all of you who work at this location
