  Everyone at this location was friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the vehicles was disappointing. The first car pulled badly to the left and had very little power, so I was able to exchange it without any issue. The second vehicle had a very strong odor of weed being masked, a noticeable vibration while driving, and, most concerning, an expired registration tag for the last several days of my rental. Thankfully, I was not pulled over or ticketed. I understand rental cars are cleaned and put back on the road quickly, but I feel the vehicles should be inspected more carefully before being rented out. The staff themselves were great and even drove me to the collision center when I returned the car. The 3-star rating is strictly because of the condition and issues with the vehicles, not the staff.

  When I picked up the car on Friday afternoon, the guy helping me was super nice and professional. I feel bad I didn't catch his name, but I'm sure I'll see him again. When I dropped the car off, Olivia Tulloch helped me out. She made the process really smooth and was very professional. It was a new car too. Clean and no weird smells. I always get great service whenever I rent a car, which is why I keep coming back to Enterprise.

  Great experience from beginning to end. Olivia exhibited fast, efficient and extremely friendly service - in and out in less than 5 minutes. Turned the vehicle in to Caliber Collision and Enterprise picked it up from there. Car was great - clean and well maintained. The entire renting experience was exceptional including the team there - specifically Olivia.
