  I want to give this location High recommendations mainly because of the manager Allen and how he communicated with me was so kind was so patient and just super helpful through the whole process even when there was a miscommunication with my insurance company

  Our flight had a very late arrival, and the manager waited for us even after the office hour. She also cleaned the only car left for us. We greatly appreciated her service.

  Rented Jeep Wrangler with air pressure issues in rear drivers tire. It was inconvenient as I filled twice. My option when I called was to wait and take to a branch in the morning or to Jacksonville Airport and hour from my location. Not knowing if tire would be flat by morning and I was on a business trip I selected to drive and exchange in Jacksonville. They was no offer for someone to drive a new vehicle to me. So it was an hour drive to drop-off and hour drive back to hotel. I was given a nice medium SUV and at time of turn in I was offered $75.00 credit.

  I called at 11 am to confirm my car would be ready at 4 pm since I have been traveling for over 16 hours. Was told for sure it would be ready. Then was told I would be given a 2026 jeep. Cool whatever. But since I was paying with a visa debit card (direct from bank and you pay the deposit upfront) …. I was suddenly told I had to wait for, I’m guessing, a shittier car. It’s 4:35pm and I still don’t have my car.

  Our department reserved two vehicles months in advance. We had a 12-passenger van and a mini van. Upon arrival, they said the mini van was no longer available. They ended up giving us a smaller vehicle. The smaller vehicle completely reeked of cigarette smoke.
