I brought my rental vehicle in to exchange it for another because of multiple serious issues: the oil change light was on, the windshield wipers were not working at all, the car was shaking/vibrating badly, the tires desperately needed replacement, and it already had 85,000 miles on it. A brand new 2026 model of the exact same car was sitting right there on the lot, but the staff refused to exchange it for me. To make matters worse, they served five customers who arrived after me first. When I asked about the exchange, I was told I would have to wait and that they needed to serve the other customers first. The customer service was unacceptable. Special mention to Abby, who provided the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I expected better from Enterprise. Will think twice before renting with them again.
