Had to rent a car while my Jeep was getting repaired from an accident. They gave me a 2026 Mazda CX90, nice ride. Thankfully the insurance company was paying for it, $1,400 for two and a half weeks.

Great experience. Took great care of us when we were running late for our flight. I will use Enterprise from now on with service like that!

Started with there being 3 people in the lobby and 45 minutes for me to pick up my car, then the person before me the guy gave my reserved vehicle to. Then even though I was told I could drop off at another location which I did a week before, they said I would be charged a relocation fee. When I called and asked they said the end of the fiscal year is why I have to return it to the same location and nothing they could do even though it was in the middle of my rental period. Guy in the phone was no help either. 0/10 use a different location these guys don’t know what they are doing lol

Kevin is honestly the main reason I’ll keep coming back to this Enterprise location. From the moment you walk in, his professionalism really stands out. What impressed me the most is how fast, smooth, and easygoing he makes the entire experience. You never feel rushed, but somehow he still gets everything handled quickly and efficiently Excellent customer service, great attitude, and a true professional. Enterprise is one of those lucky companies that get to have someone like him in their team.
