We called customer support to at the least send us somewhere even out of town to pick a rental up and he said there was none! That was a lie he was not willing to do anything but pass along our number to talk to a supervisor Monday. It’s Saturday and we are traveling out of town Sunday. They allowed us to book and confirmed pickup at the time and we were not even assisted in getting a pickup else where ! Don’t use enterprise.

At Enterprise, they offered me a lot of additional things, and I said that I would only take whatever was paid by geico. They charged me $41.45 as a "co-pay" because they said that they gave me a Nissan Altima that I didn't ask for. When they asked for my credit card, they said it was only in case something happened with the car; that is extremely disappointing. I feel that I was robbed.
