- CFChristian J. Rivera FigueroaJul 18, 20261.0Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today. Three employees in the gun department didn't even have the courtesy to ask how they could help me. I entered my name at the kiosk, and they walked past me multiple times, ignoring me as if I were insignificant. I waited for between 10 to 20 minutes just to see the gun I wanted to buy. It was a shame, but I left after my own daughter asked me, "Dad, why aren't they even helping us? They only helped the white people next to me." I even told the cashier at checkout that the customer service in the gun department was extremely poor. Why? Is it because I'm insignificant? Or because I'm Latino? Or because that's how bassproshop feels?
