- SSS SOct 13, 20261.0Beware of the boat service center. It used to be a nice experience, now it’s a burden. I made an appointment on July 14th to have service on August 12th. But that wasn’t actually an appointment, after 2 and a half weeks I called to check in and the manager Jeff told me it would be next Monday or Tuesday. That was a lie, I called at the end of that next week, they still hadn’t touched the boat and I was supposed to get a call back that never happened. The next day I picked my boat up, still untouched after 3 and a half weeks, nearly 2 months after booking the appointment. This was a waste of my resources while my boat sat out in the weather unnecessarily. Thanks.
- CFChristian J. Rivera FigueroaJul 18, 20261.0Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today. Three employees in the gun department didn't even have the courtesy to ask how they could help me. I entered my name at the kiosk, and they walked past me multiple times, ignoring me as if I were insignificant. I waited for between 10 to 20 minutes just to see the gun I wanted to buy. It was a shame, but I left after my own daughter asked me, "Dad, why aren't they even helping us? They only helped the white people next to me." I even told the cashier at checkout that the customer service in the gun department was extremely poor. Why? Is it because I'm insignificant? Or because I'm Latino? Or because that's how bassproshop feels?
