I just had a battery die, and I am 3 days away from the end of the warranty. In order to service the warranty on the battery I am supposed to have the name of the original person who bought the battery and their zip code, which I did not have as I've only had this truck for 2 years. The management here was great and they decided to still honor the warranty on the battery and gave me a free replacement battery. Helpful place. I would come again.

Prior to a recent road trip, I visited Gainesville, Florida's 39th St. AutoZone and received outstanding customer service. I sought to replace my windshield wipers because Gainesville was minutes away from receiving much-needed rain. Several customer's were present when I arrived, but Shawn immediately acknowledged my presence and welcomed me. He asked what I needed and assured me he would be with me shortly. True to his word, I was assigned to another employee in a few minutes, and then was passed on to James, who met my immediate need and more. I began to ask questions regarding the importance of cabin filters as James found the correct wipers for my car. I'd never changed my filter, always balking at the replacement cost whenever I had my car serviced. Not only did I purchase the windshield wipers and filter, James changed both for me as he also instructed me on how to do so in the future. I left feeling so gratified, but also empowered. I will be a dedicated AutoZone customer from this point forward!
