  Solid place. Didn't try immediately pressing for the repairs i have neglected on my beater car. Work was faster than anticipated and under quoted price, as they found a cheaper option from the vendor. Will come back the next time car leaves me stranded.

  After recently moving to Gainesville, I’ve tried several shops around town. I finally found Auto ER and couldn’t be more pleased! The staff is friendly and professional, pricing is fair with no overselling, and booking online is a breeze. We now take all of our cars here. I highly recommend Auto ER!

  I’ve had to go to these guys quite often lately, which isn’t really a good thing, but the guys in the front are always super friendly and don’t mind chatting with me while I’m in the waiting room. Free snacks and drinks and a good, welcoming vibe overall!

  Wanted to update to 5 stars for this company. I made several calls there for some information and Bobby or Jessie answered every one. They even suggested since previous car was a Honda to stick to buying 4 types of cars for dependability. I can't praise this co. ,Bobby & Jessie enough. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
