  Audi Gainesville - Was very impressed with Audi Gainesville. We did not buy an Audi, but ended up buying a Kia Carnival from them. They were reasonably priced and responsive, they were able to accommodate everything we asked for mainly. Perry was the employee we were working with, he definitely made the process smooth and easier for us ! They were even able to deliver it to Panama City Beach (4 hours away) with minimal extra cost. The delivery driver was named Mike, he was very friendly and professional ! He did an excellent job. We appreciate all the help coordinating the sale and delivery

  The Salesperson Perry Ciarletta was amazing! From the time we arrived to the delivery he was there the entire time devoting all his attention to our questions, making sure we were completely satisfied. Perry needs to be commended for his diligence, laid back sales approach and knowledge. He made the experience a very pleasant one. Please thank him for us.

  I just wanted to talk briefly about my experience purchasing a vehicle at Audi last week. My sale of representative Austin Heart did a great job. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the product. He kept me updated on when it was gonna be ready and make it a fast and easy purchase process. Thanks again Austin Heart great job.

  Eddie in your service department is a total lifesaver! We were driving through on the way to TN with our dogs in the car and had an issue that had to be towed. Eddie not only got our car in quickly, but had it diagnosed and fixed so we could get back on the road. I cannot thank you enough for completely saving the day and our trip. Even though we don't live in Gainesville (we're about 500 miles away), I will buy our next Audi from you all because of this experience! Thank you again!
