  I just wanted to talk briefly about my experience purchasing a vehicle at Audi last week. My sale of representative Austin Heart did a great job. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the product. He kept me updated on when it was gonna be ready and make it a fast and easy purchase process. Thanks again Austin Heart great job.

  Eddie in your service department is a total lifesaver! We were driving through on the way to TN with our dogs in the car and had an issue that had to be towed. Eddie not only got our car in quickly, but had it diagnosed and fixed so we could get back on the road. I cannot thank you enough for completely saving the day and our trip. Even though we don't live in Gainesville (we're about 500 miles away), I will buy our next Audi from you all because of this experience! Thank you again!

  At first I was going to give them a 1 star due to miss communication. But, John helped and made it right. So, I want to saw thank you sir. You bounce back my fate in this branch. Overall everyone I've met was respectful and caring. They would asked if I need anything or even water. So, I'd like to say thanks to all of them who does their part to help make this place come together. I hope to do more business with y'all in the future.

  Needed help getting an oil change and Caleb and Nick were extremely helpful and made it an easy process. Nick was very accommodating with my schedule and helped squeeze my car in to get service, which I greatly appreciated. Caleb helped with the loaner car for me to use in the meantime and was very nice and professional, ensuring that I was all set up with the new one. Very nice service and would recommend.
