  My husband went in for an oil change today and as soon as he left he got stranded in the road. Valvoline caused $1800 worth of damage, that they are not taking accountability for it. Please do not take your car here. You can not trust what they say, and they company is useless and has terrible customer service.

  Seeing how this location treated my friend after his experience is absolutely infuriating. He went in for a routine oil change and ended up with a car that broke down RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR SHOP and an approximately $1,800 repair bill from Toyota. And after all of that? They denied his claim, didn’t even refund the oil change, and left him to deal with the entire cost himself. What makes this so unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability. If something goes wrong after you service someone’s vehicle, the bare minimum is to take the situation seriously and work with the customer, not leave them stranded with a massive repair bill and wash your hands of it. After seeing how they handled his situation, I would NEVER trust this location with my own vehicle. An oil change is supposed to be routine maintenance, not something that leaves you thousands of dollars out of pocket and fighting just to be heard. Avoid this location.

  Please do not ever come to this valvoline. They completely messed up my car and instead of making the situation right, they denied my claim and failed to own up to their actions. Do not trust their workers to touch your car and do not trust their management to make it right. To add light on the situation, my car broke down in front of their shop after they provided an oil change. They messed something up in my engine while working on my car and when I asked for their help, they left me stranded and on the road. I had to push my car to Toyota where I received a 1,800 bill to fix my car. They did not make this situation right, they did not give me a refund, and I had to pay this bill entirely by myself. Please do not trust this location.

  The folks here provide quick and friendly service! They did a thorough check of my vehicle, provided the oil change I requested, and were lovely and pleasant all the while. Shoutout to Seith and Asuka for building a great rapport and explaining my services; and Dominick and Daniel for their quick work on my vehicle. Will be coming back here for my oil changes from now on!

  Went in the other day to get my oil changed and after the service was done on my car it started leaking oil. I went back in to get the problem fixed and they told me nothing was wrong. It seemed as though they were more concerned with trying to upsell me services for my car than to actually fix the original problem they created. I did end up going to the other location on Tamiami Trail and they were phenomenal listened and fixed the oil leak no problem.
