  I had a great experience at Valvoline! Benjamin and Richard were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made the oil change process quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure customers have a good experience. I really appreciate their help and will definitely be coming back.

  I purchased a Groupon which did NOT specify an address of a Valvoline that I needed to go to, to use my Groupon for my oil change. The men at this Valvoline refused to use my Groupon even though my Groupon did not specify a specific address. I called customer service which stated they should have honored my Groupon. So I will be filing a formal complaint, and will not be returning, and will be blasting it at the warehouse I work at. Thanks men for helping a woman out! May it come back 10 fold.

  If you own a business, use a local shop for your oil changes. DO NOT get a fleet account with Valvoline Instant OIl Change. First, they don't bill like they say they do, they expect you to give them a card over the phone to pay at the time of service. [ side note : AMex blew this child's mind - it took 15 minutes for him to understand there is one less number ] They pile a bunch of unnecessary services on your invoice and state the driver authorized it. Additionally, they are video and audio recording their customers. If I'm going to pay $200 for an oil change on a 2019 Chevy work truck, I'll get it at the dealership or a real mechanic.

  Maurice was super friendly and had a great attitude. He was the best part of the visit. Unfortunately, the guy under the hood top side had no idea. I asked him not to touch the air filter since my truck only has 10k miles on it. Basically brand new. He still proceeded to remove it. When he went to reinstall it, he did a super sloppy job with no attention to detail. He missed the entire side of the cover that has slide in clips. This resulted in my truck running rough, misfiring and throwing codes with a check engine light. Even worse, I looked like an idiot because I thought something legit was wrong, took it to the dealer for the tech to point out the sloppy job done by the tech. He slid the air box back correctly and presto, no more problems. I know the techs there aren't ASE techs, but if you are going to take apart a brand new $85k truck (or any vehicle for that matter), put it back together properly. Geez.
