  Maurice, Kent, and Jim took great care. I get all my maintenance at this Valvoline and my cars are still running great at 200,000 miles. They NEVER try to sell you something you don't need. The prices are more than fair. What I paid $500 for would have cost $1300 if I took it to the dealership. PS- the service not listed was a complete radiator flush and refill.

  Maurice greeted me on rainy day, literally and metaphorically, and along with Cris and crew. My car had a lot of error messages that were null and they were transparent with me about what the real issue was. Their kidness and professionalism helped me navigate an extremely stressful situation smoothly.

  Great experience at Valvoline! Maurice, Rod, Christopher, and Daniel were all friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked well as a team, explained everything clearly, and had my oil change completed within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Exceptional, Honest Service! As a single woman, going to get my car serviced can sometimes feel intimidating, and I often worry about being taken advantage of or pressured into things I don’t need. My experience here was completely the opposite. The entire team was incredibly respectful, professional, and honest. A huge thank you to Maurice, Chris, Daniel, and CC for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. They walked me through the services my car actually needed and explained the available upgrades in a way that made sense, without any high-pressure sales tactics. I truly appreciated their recommendations and felt completely confident in the choices I made. It is rare to find a shop where you feel this comfortable and valued as a customer.
