  The gentleman that serviced our window on this trip was the worse person I have ever had as a service tech in my life. 7/8/26 at 106pm. Bay 4. My previous experiences here have all been great until today

  Had my tires rotated here 6/28/26 (fast and friendly at the time). I noticed what seemed like excessive force being used to put the lug caps back on afterwards, but didn't comment on it. The next day, I realized both hubcaps on the passenger side had been misaligned with the valve stem, causing the hub caps to sit badly with significant gaps from the wheels. My husband and I attempted to removed the lug caps with a tire iron for an easy at-home fix, but they had been screwed on so tightly that some could not be removed. One had been replaced with the threads misaligned so they are now mangled and cannot be replaced; another actually broke off from being so overly tightened. I'm currently stuck waiting for my claim to be reviewed on a car that may or may not be safe to drive.

  I stop by for a quick oil change and almost blow my engine driving to Orlando from ft myers . I called cs to tell them that they never changed my oil but did add a whole gallon to my vehicle almost broke my car. Spoke to cs and area mng and also to district and they hang up on my face like I was no body. Made me fill like nothing... If any one can sue them reach out to me please.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline at The Forum, thanks to Kenny. I came in for a routine oil change and had my rear windshield wiper replaced. Later, I noticed a piece was missing and thought it had been lost. When I called, Kenny immediately took ownership of the situation and believed it may not have been attached properly. Without any hesitation, he ordered a replacement part and assured me they would take care of it at no charge. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made it incredibly easy, telling me to come back whenever it was convenient and he would install it. Customer service like this is hard to find. Kenny was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend Valvoline at The Forum because of employees like Kenny.
