- BGBill GMay 13, 20265.0I had been using another location for oil changes, they left my air filter housing loose which caused the car to stall. Decided to try this location, what a difference! They checked things the other location never bothered to check. There is an actual manager (Kenny) who introduced himself and gave me his card. Turns out Kenny lives close to me in Babcock Ranch. Awesome service by these young people. Truly made my day to see his cohesive group work efficiently. Great service, respectful and they worded quickly. I found out that this location is owned by a different person as it’s a franchise. Franchise owner, you have a great group of employees working for you.

There were quite a few cars when I went this morning and I was still in and out in about 15-20 minutes. The guys are nice and work quickly. They always have a coupon too. I love the convenience of not having to get out or leave my car somewhere for hours. Definitely recommend them!
- DSDanny SnookMay 7, 20261.0I will never take my company truck to this Valvoline incident oil change again they took advantage of my company fleet card and did everything to my truck that was not due it probably cost around $350 before I pulled out and then they tried to do it again the next Oil Change, Never again. There won't be any of our company trucks ever going there again., (The Valvoline oil change on Evans and Colonial is the one you want to go to.)
