  Wanna get scammed come here! I brought my wife’s car in that had a nail in the tire for a patch. They proceeded to tell me it can’t be patched and we need to buy a tire and started offering me overpriced tires. I left and took it too a local non corporate tire places and they not only patched it but explained to me that it is absolutely patch able and I don’t need a tire. Don’t trust these people they will do whatever they can to take your money.

  My wife has had a slow leak in the right passenger tire. Chad worked Dry quickly and got her back on the road. The front staff were very friendly and professional. Fort Walton Beach Location on Beal is amazing!! Thank you so very much.

  Had to get our tire patched, they were able to get us in the same day and patched it quickly! Robert was really kind and all the workers were customer service focused. Will come here if I need tire services in the future.

  I don't do reviews but I had to do on this one. I went into tire Kingdom simple and easy tire exchange. I have a certain set of lug nuts it only takes an extended socket that I have to carry in my truck, it broke off in a way that it didn't break the stud but I couldn't get the tire off. Gean the mechanic and Robert sat down and scratched their head and a couple hours later I have my truck back the tires were fixed all the way around and there wasn't a single ding or scratch on my rims and they also had my new tire on. I know most mechanic shops would have put good lug nuts back on and told me I had a problem but they sat there and stuck it out this is a Saturday morning I know they had better things to do And the very best part the price didn't go up at all from the price of a new tire and they fixed all the leaky tires. Thank you Robert and Gean you made the start to a bad day turn out peachy and got me back on the road before noon you truly are an asset to your company.

  Amazing service! Customer service is understanding and friendly, maintenance is fairly swift and done right, and waiting room accommodations are clean and comfortable. I have had no hassle with the few things that I have gotten done here so far. Ordered and got mounted a full set of non-factory sized ties for my 05 Subaru Legacy in a very timely manner with no issue with driving afterward. Later went to a full 5th spare mounted. While there was an inventory mistake and the tire wasn't there, I had promptly rescheduled to a following day where the tire was mounted to the wheel and balanced within the hour of arrival! Now today I had to make an unscheduled stop for a undercarriage inspection, cause another shop had carelessly not fully installed parts for the brake system. They were super understanding and got it knocked out, even finding and fixing a couple more things that were previously missed by the other shop. Now my car is all good and I feel safe to drive her on the road again! I can't say how much these guys rock! Thank you!
