  Been trying to find a shop to align my truck tuffy came in to save the day. I highly recommend this shop. They got me in (in a timley fasion)and was willing to do the work. Hal upfront was respectful and very nice to deal with. If you need your car worked on i recommend they guys here at tuffy. My truck has never driven as straight as it does now they did a fantastic job and were pleasure to deal with.

  I found this shop through a recommendation from a patient, and it's the best service recommendation I've received in a long time. Hal was straight forward and honest from the start. My car pulled a code at one point, they checked it thoroughly explained everything and assured me there was no issue - no upselling or unnecessary repairs. I also had them inspect my front brakes and coolant. What really won me over was when they said, "We'll check the coolant, and if it needs to be flushed we'll do it, if it doesn't we won't." I ended up needed front brakes and was I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me rotors I didn't need. Their prices were reasonable, the service was prompt, and their honesty made all the difference. I would recommend them highly, and I am grateful I've found myself a new go-to mechanic!

  I was in a last minute pinch needing 6 trailer tires changed for a long trip. The guys were awesome, got me in and tires done! Thank you, great job!

  I took my neighbors van to Hal at Tuffy Auto Center on McGregor to have the alternator checked after Valvoline told me the battery was not being charged to spec. I’ve been going to this location because I trust Hal and he came through again for me. Called me after I dropped it off and told me the alternator and battery were working just fine and come pick it up. No charge. That’s why I took it to Tuffy. It’s all about trust and honesty. Hal will ALWAYS get my automotive issues to repair because I trust him and his shop is efficient and priced very fair. Highly recommend!

  They fixed my work truck fast and it cost exactly what they quoted me. I was back to work the next day
