  I took my neighbors van to Hal at Tuffy Auto Center on McGregor to have the alternator checked after Valvoline told me the battery was not being charged to spec. I’ve been going to this location because I trust Hal and he came through again for me. Called me after I dropped it off and told me the alternator and battery were working just fine and come pick it up. No charge. That’s why I took it to Tuffy. It’s all about trust and honesty. Hal will ALWAYS get my automotive issues to repair because I trust him and his shop is efficient and priced very fair. Highly recommend!

  Always get good service at what I feel are fair prices. I dropped off my wife's car once, they ran diags on it and told me they thought it was a bad battery I had purchased and did not even charge me for the diags. Since then I think I've spent a few thousand dollars at two different locations getting work done.

  Hal and his staff were great! Stopped by yesterday to have new tires mounted and balanced on my car. Was in and out quickly and for a excellent price. Thanks guys!
