  I have been bringing my cars here since I moved down here in 2022. Always fair pricing, detailed breakdown of services, knowledgeable staff and great communication. Everything is always done with high quality service and with a sense of urgency. Would highly recommend this Tuffys location to anyone in need of repairs.

  Great service great experience Steve was excellent took care of me ended up rescheduling due to time issues he understood completely worked with me and for the tech Sam thank you for you fast and excellent service thanks for the service guys I recommend highly

  The folks at Tuffy are honest, fair and straight forward, no grey areas on costs or timelines. I recommend these guys to anyone needing auto maintenance or repairs done right.

  Came in today for just a oil change. Had a 1pm appt. Couldn't leave the car since I didn't have a ride back home so I had to wait.3 hours waiting for a oil change? With a Appt? AC in the lobby somehow went out, was given no info about what's going on with the car the whole time I was there. And to put the cherry on top of the crap they add charges to my bill. Didnt need 4 new tires so why are they on the bill. Never going back. First time and last time going there

  "Five Stars are not enough for The Team at Tuffy! After another shop's $19.95 repair yesterday morning (08/05/26) failed, my tire was flat again by evening. I pulled into Tuffy's right at closing. They were having troubles with a door and couldn't leave until it was fixed, but instead of turning me away, they stepped up to help. I temporarily live in my car with my two cats and work as a courier for two companies, so being stranded is a major crisis for me. When the Service Manager, Steve Joslin, heard my situation, his response blew me away!! In a completely unexpected act of pure human kindness, he found a replacement tire and put it on my car completely free of charge. He even asked if my A/C worked good - he was even thinking of the my cats' comfort. How amazing is that? He also referred me to H & H Kustom Auto Body, who he arranged to pop my broken bumper back in free as well! I don't expect any business to give things away, but Steve and his team saw someone in a tough spot and chose to be ABSOLUTE BLESSINGS. The teamwork and empathy here was deeply refreshing!" They have my highest respect and my loyalty for life!!!
