  My experience was great! They were able to work out a time for me to bring my truck in on short notice. Completed my service with no issues. Great customer service. Fair pricing. I plan on bringing all my vehicles here from now on!

  Steve, Dan, and Chris are AWESOME! Very knowledgeable, helpful and more importantly trustworthy. It’s hard to find mechanics with these qualities. We’ve been going there forever with all our vehicles and send our family and friends too! This is the place for any car and any maintenance or repairs!

  Thanks to Steve, and all the crew at Tuffy for repairing the ac on my wife’s car. Having had service work performed here for over 10yrs ( work vehicles, and personal), there is no other location in the area I would recommend other than Tuffy in San Carlos.

  Tuffy in South Fort Myers is awesome! When we are at our winter home, it's comforting to find an auto shop that we can trust. Steve and the guys do awesome work at a reasonable cost. They are knowledgeable, experienced and focused on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for anything from an oil change to major repairs.

  I have only been to Tuffy on 2 occasions since I just discovered they are closer than the company I used to use. On both occasions Billy at the front desk was polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Two days ago my car was doing something strange but, since I was driving to a dr appt, I ignored it. When I left the dr office to return home to pick up my husband for his appt, the car was still acting strange. I decided to pull into Tuffy. I told Billy there was a problem and he said he was jam packed and would have to make an appt for another day. When I told him of the urgency to get to another appt he decided to look at it himself. The problem was my battery and now the car wouldn’t start. Billy went out to the service area ( I over heard the word “emergency” used) and when he returned he told me it was being checked out as he spoke. Just 20 minutes later my car was fixed. Tuffy took on the challenge and I am very happy and will always be a loyal customer. Thank you Billy and staff!
