  Jana was great , she prevented a breakdown for me the belt was going to break and thank goodness she caught up. Brandon got it done pretty quick. I had an oil change and a belt replacement all within an hour. Great service great team.

  My husband and I have been using Express since they opened the location in DeFuniak Springs. We live in Freeport, so we were thrilled when the Freeport location opened. I had been driving my car without air conditioning for 2 years, so it was finally time to bite the bullet and get the necessary repairs. The Freeport location quoted us half of the original quote for the replacement and finished the work in one day. Now I will be cool as a cucumber driving around the Panhandle this summer and didn't have to make a blood sacrifice to pay for it (ha!). Thank you, Dekota, Josh, and the Express staff for your help. :)

  EXCELLENCE !!!! Dakota (Assistant Manager) and Adam (Master Mechanic) really took care of me. You know when you move somewhere, one of the hardest things to do is find an auto mechanic shop that you can trust and does high quality work. THIS IS IT!!! The Freeport FL Express Oil Change (EOC) store, which opened up a few months ago is where you want to take your vehicle. I was using the Defuniac Springs FL store as well as when I was on vacation I used the Odessa Fl store for major suspension and brake work. Both of these places did very low quality work that could have been a major safety issue for me. Dakota and Adam fixed everything that the other stores did and explained everything to me and showed me as well. I am so glad I found these guys and they are right here in Freeport Fl. In the Navy we say “Bravo Zulu”, which means a great job. Thank you all so much!!

  Dakota and the team were on top of it. Came in with a bad oil leak. They fixed that and while they were in they found that my timing chain was on the way out and heavily suggested to address that or I'd be stranded sooner than later. Wasn't cheap but understandably so for what was going on. Car feels miles better than when I brought it in. Keeping my little go kart going. Thanks guys!
