  This was my 2nd time at this location in Freeport, FL They are always extremely friendly…my 1st experience was an oil change and a small tire repair…very efficient… today was a tire check & new wiper blades, handled again very efficiently by Tyler. So glad Express Oil Change has found its home in Freeport, will definitely be back and spread the word to all my friends. Keep up the great job !!!

  AMAZING SERVICE! We came here to get our brakes changed because we thought we needed brakes since we had the original breaks. The guy informed us we did not need new brakes yet. He even showed me how good our brakes were. I respect them so much for their honesty and I will be bringing my car here for now on! Just know your car is in safe hands, they’re super friendly and helpful! Thank you again for everything!

  The Mgr. Brandon Milstead in Freeport, FL is an exceptional store manager and he provided top-notch customer service along with the staff! One stop shop for many vehicle needs. So glad you have a store here and I will be back for sure!

  Kudos to you Express, especially Eric. I've researched local shops and yours was showing 4.9 (nearest competitor was at 4.7) and this is the reason I chose your shop. I asked Eric several questions and he was very knowledgeable (I googled it and spoke to several gentlemen in the waiting room), he was very kind, just a very pleasant gentleman. You have a keeper there Express Oil Change - he's a really good rep for your company. He didn't get rattled when lobby has more than 3-4 customers and the phone was ringing. He obviously has had prior experience - I was right - I asked and he told me he has had over 20 + years in jobs that prepared him for this job. I won't go anywhere else for my auto needs - great experience. Again, thank you Eric for a good experience. Susan

  I’ve been going to express for years, and find they do a good job. This location got me in and out quickly, however I had a coupon for an oil change, which they rarely send out so I was excited to use it. The older man that I showed it too seemed very bothered by me having one and argued with me that it really wouldn’t remove anything off of it. I said if it removed 2 dollars I would be content. He kept arguing oh, idk why they send these out it doesn’t take anything off etc. upon leaving he checked me out and I ended up paying what I usually pay with the coupon. Looking at older receipts for the same oil change he jacked up my price so that my 15 off coupon made it exactly what I pay normally. I don’t know if it messed up his pay, my using the coupon, but I was so disappointed. I will still use express but try a different location even though I live in Freeport.
