  The online booking was extremely easy! Once you book you can do your test for a temporary cert right away; which is also easy to access. When arriving to the office, the customer service was amazing! Clear directions on what to do, what to expect and where to pick up the boat.

  Just don’t do it. I was warned by other reviews not to book. Should have listened. Booked. I knew there would be thunderstorms in morning, so I booked at 130 am. Storms stopped just as I arrived and were going to be clear all afternoon. We drive one hour to get to this place. They informed me no boats going out today due to coast guard rules. I asked why no one called before we drove an hour. They said ,”someone should have called and they were sorry. It took up our whole day as we didn’t plan anything in morning -so we would be on time for boat rental. Poor communication. Has kids working front desk. I’ve traveled around a lot and Destin is just a tourist trap these days. I would go to fort Morgan Alabama any day. Beaches are all closed from tropical depression 3 days ago. It’s a waste of money. Water in bays are calm and beaches are swimmable. This business is just the icing on the cake. Stay away. They could care less if you come back.
