  We rented a boat for the family for the day. When we went to check in The place Was disorganized and the girls were not friendly. The bathrooms were like you would find in a gas station. I told the front desk staff and they gave the attitude like they really didn’t care. The pontoon boat appeared to be In decent shape. When we went out to crab island the boat seemed slow but it wasn’t a big deal. (We had a pontoon boat with the same size motor back home.) The boat being slow was not a big deal until we got caught In a terrible thunder storm and felt like sitting ducks. Other boats with the same number of people and same size motor went by us like we were sitting still. We are very confident that one of the pontoons has water in it as it was sitting way lower than the other side and it happened with our own boat. We told the guys on the dock when we got back and they made light of it. Not something to take lightly! They said they only take them out of the water for major work. We will not rent from them again and would advise everyone else to spend a little extra at a more reputable place.

  I changed from a place in Destin to ADW in Ft. Walton. Glad I did. The boats were Bentleys. They were nice boats. They did have wear and tear on them but they repair holes in the seats and abuse from renters. It had a 50hp which was plenty to get us on the 20 minute boat ride to Crab Island. There were no hidden fees such as fuel charges. The price on their site is what you pay. Crab Island was nice! We did an 8 hr rental. If you are looking for something more secluded, when you exit their marina take a right opposite way of Crab Island. That leads you towards the AF base and there are plenty of beaches on the southside of the waterway with white sandy beaches and no waves. Although Crab Island was great, this area was nice too! No one within 500 yds of us. So glad I went with ADW!

  Worst customer experience i have ever had... pay all this money for a boat that is falling apart.. cant go over idle speed at all if u do it cuts off.. i never had a boat place in destin act like them.. they said someone blew a motor last year... well u make more in a week to pay for a dang motor dont give me that... if i had known their equipment was like this i never would have booked with them.. and they dont even care.. i couldnt even take my family on a cruise cause u cant go over idle speed... but u spend 300 plus to just float..... In response to owners post.. no you did not inform anyone on the 40 rpm.. and we were not expecting speed boat pontoons.. we own pontoons... what we expected was a boat that goes faster than we can swim.. i have rented pontoons in destin at other places and every single place had boats that would go faster than 7 mph... maybe i wanted to take my family out and crusie and not go just to crab island.. we the customers pay alot of money for the service and its not up to par with other boat rentals... but dont sit there and say u told us something when you did not.. only thing that was told to us was about weather conditions which we were fine with... u just had bad equipment and customer service

  Great service and the jetski was excellent....the owner was SUPER! He’s a Philadelphia Eagles fan 👎🏾 lol but other than that he is super cool! We saw a lot of dolphins during our rental period. Definitely will rent from him again!!!!
