  Lilli was super helpful prior to and during the appointment providing me with great information and very patient while I asked a million questions. Braxton did great work on the vehicle and was professional throughout the appointment. This was my second time coming to Tire Kingdom and I will continue to use it for future business.

  Front counter is more interested in getting attention from the shop guys, who are all walking around on phones and talking to each other. Will stick with other local shops next time.

  Worst customer service! Don’t go here! There are plenty of other car service businesses to handle your needs. They had my sons car alllllll day to install 4 new tires. Lied to us when we dropped the car off when they told us the tires were at the store. When we checked on the status 3 hours later we were told the tires had just arrived. When questioned about the differing information we were told the computer showed the tires had been delivered to the store when they had not. I guess it is the computers fault the staff lied. Sure would like to have a conversation about this poor experience with the District Manager.

  The Service Manager at Tire Kingdom in FWB on Beale Parkway went above and beyond with regards to providing customer service. I brought three travel trailer tires that I wanted to swap the rubber valve stems to steel ones. Not only did they take the time to do so when they were extremely busy, but he didn't charge me! Apparently the valve stems were leftover from Mavis and not in their inventory. I tried to insist that I at least pay a service fee, but he wouldn't hear it. That kind of service isn't common these days. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time to replace my tires!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic tire shop! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my tire. They even showed me that I had half of a pair of scissors stuck in my tire — something I never would have expected! I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and the quality of their work. Great service, great people, and a job well done. I definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for honest, professional, and friendly service!
