  Destiny at the front desk was great. It was a very busy day when I arrived she seemed to juggle things nicely. She assisted me with my tire replacement and made sure I got a good discount on a new battery. The car was finished before the promised time, so I was happy. Car repairs are always expensive these days, and I'm not sure I could have gotten tires or a battery for less money anywhere else.

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the visit truly unforgettable.   Logan and the manager were both honest, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without trying to pressure me into anything. It’s refreshing to find a tire shop you can genuinely trust. I highly recommend them!

  I just want to take a minute to give Tire Kingdom a really good review because they honestly took care of me when I was pretty stressed out. I noticed a noise with my car Friday during my lunch break and had no idea what was wrong. Since it was late Friday, I was freaking out a little because I didn’t know what I was going to do going into the weekend. I called Tire Kingdom that afternoon and they told me to come in first thing the next morning, and they got me scheduled for 9:00. I really thought it was just a tire issue, but after looking at my car, they found a suspension problem that was actually a safety issue. Logan and Chad worked on my car, and Robert was really helpful and worked with me to get everything taken care of so I could get back on the road safely. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like they were just trying to make money off of me. It honestly felt like they were more concerned about making sure I was safe and getting my car fixed the right way. That meant a lot to me, especially because I was already stressed and worried about what was going on. I also want to mention the two ladies who are usually at the front desk. I don’t know their names, but they are always so nice and helpful every time I come in. I really appreciate the whole team for taking care of me. It’s nice to find people who actually care about their customers. Thank you guys!

  Was told I wouldn’t need to drop off vehicle since the wait wouldn’t be long. 3 hours later I’m still sitting in your waiting room with no coffee, water etc. I overheard the receptionist tell a woman she was 2 hours late for her appointment and she’s already left with her vehicle. I was here at 12:55 for my 1:00 appointment. I would’ve been much happier just dropping the vehicle off
