  Everyone at tire kingdom from the front desk staff all the way to the mechanics were helpful, kind, and very welcoming. Will be coming back myself when I need something for my car again!

  My husband took a tire with a nail in the center to Tire Kingdom this morning, thinking this would be an easy fix. There was no one in the shop and he asked for a simple plug in the tire. He was first told the tire could not be plugged. After explaining the tire still had good tread and the hole was not in the sidewall, they finally agreed that it could be plugged. The staff then proceeded to take a customer in front of us and the rest of the staff was just standing around doing nothing while my husband was waiting for what should have been an easy fix. When my husband decided to leave and picked up the tire and put it back in his car, the front desk person actually acted surprised that he was leaving. Totally uncalled for (lack of) service. I hate to think if this was someone who wouldn’t have the knowledge my husband has. Absolutely will never go to a tire kingdom for anything.

  Everything that can be wrong, is wrong with this place. We had a great experience when we brought my wife's car here 2 months ago. But now they are under new management (according to the guy who checked me out). I was quoted $110 for an oil change, tire rotation and tire patch. They had my vehicle for 3 hours and when it came time to pay they charged me $165. I told the guy to was quoted a way better price and he said sorry that's the price. To make matters worse my tire that was supposed to be patched is currently completely flat AND it's on the same spot on my vehicle so not only did I get charged $55 more than quoted but they didn't rotate my tires or patch my tire. What a joke. I called today and asked to speak to a manager and 30 seconds later was hung up on. IF YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE I WISH YOU LUCK!

  Great service!! Destiny got me in at my appointment time and returned my replaced tire within a hr. Ty!!!
