  This was my second time renting a vehicle from Step One. First time they didn't have a van available so they gave me a large SUV for same price. This time I had a very nice van. The rental process is hassle free and so much easier than the big car rental agencies. The staff are really great to work with.

  I had a fantastic experience renting a vehicle from Step One Car Rental. Upon arrival the transaction took less than 10 minutes with no hidden fees or pushy upsales. The car was spotless, drove smoothly, and was very comfortable for my roadtrip. The return was a no brainer and just as fast and efficient. I want to thank RJ and Steve for their courteous service and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Step One Car Rental to my friends and family..

  If renting something is usually a pain in the rear, Step One Rental apparently didn’t get the memo. 😂 The whole process was quick, easy, and surprisingly painless. The staff was friendly, helpful, and actually knew what they were doing—which these days deserves at least an extra star by itself. We got what we needed without jumping through 47 hoops, signing away our firstborn, or needing a degree in rental paperwork. Great people, great service, and no unnecessary headaches. Step One Rental will definitely be our first stop next time we need to rent something. Highly recommend!

  I came here to rent a vehicle because I was waiting for my car to get to where I live. These guys are awesome!! They absolutely took care of me and rented an amazing Kia to me and I will be forever thankful! The car was in excellent shape. Steve was just an amazing person and did a good job in helping me with a car rental! If you need to rent a car. Don't think about another car rental place! Just come here!
