  Best glass replacement company, bar none! I’ve used others but none compare. The scheduling was easy, communication was as on point, and the replacement was done in half the time they quoted. Just and awesome place.

  A rock hit our windshield as we were driving to Destin and cracked our windshield. The cracks spread as we drove further and we decided we better have it repaired before making the long trek back home. Safelite in Fort Walton Beach got us in the next day after we called. The communication between them and us was outstanding and they did a wonderful job getting us in and out quickly. We appreciate the professionalism shown at every step of the process.

  I was in and out in what feels like record time. Everyone was professional and friendly. I went through my insurance, and originally scheduled for them to come out to me. The day before I saw the weather taking a turn and decided to reschedule to go in. I was able to reschedule through their site very easily. Used the confirmation link sent to me to do this. My windshield is fantastic and have had no issues since.

  Very impressed with how quickly my repair was done! They called to schedule immediately after I filed with my insurance and were able to get me in the next day if I had been available to do so! I had to wait until I had the day off and they told me it would take about 2 1/2 hours for the installation but it was completed and ready to go in just over an hour! Highly recommend for quick, professional service. Thanks Safelite :)

  My husband got my windshield replaced late February and now that it's raining in Florida my windshield is leaking wster toin my car because the technician forgot to put a piece of my car back on so now coming through that crack going into my floorboards into my car I hope I don't have water damage which can cause electrical problems in my car cuz I am super pissed and I give you zero Stars please train your technicians better on how to do people's cars
