Did everything on the internet. It was very simple. They even checked with my insurance company. I found out my deductible was a bit higher than their price. This took maybe 30 seconds. They needed to replace my passenger rear window. They kept me informed all the way. They even supplied a video of how this would be done. Fantastic. The tech Chris was great . He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The price was a good one and I highly recommend them.
Safelite technician (Taurean) was on time, professional, high competence, and completed the job in superb timeliness.

Everything is wonderful and easy to do with my windshield replacement was coming later in the day on the delivery so they weren't able to change it at my house instead they came and got my car took it to the shop and took a care of it for me I was afraid I would have to drive it in and wait for them to fix it it was wonderful customer service
Verify everything. I had ordered and paid for new windshield wipers as part of my service and the front desk even verified with the technician, but when I got out to my car I could tell that the old ones were still on it. I went back inside and they did then replace them.

Worst experience I've ever had with a business. I walked in last week to see if my windshield could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. I was told that it could be repaired no problem and to come back in an hour. When I came back, my vehicle was taken to be repaired, and after the service, the older woman that works on the floor took me out to show me that the repair actually broke the glass more and it could spread. While showing me that the glass was made worse, she slammed my car door Into another vehicle, and then yelled out profanities in front of my toddler. Afterwards, she said that I needed to let them know if it spreads within a couple weeks and to come back to get a new windshield, it would be no problem. What I paid would go towards my new windshield. Sure enough within a few days the crack spread across over half my windshield. They guarantee that it won't, yet it did. So I am due for a refund. I rebooked for another service to get my windshield replaced and when Anna called me to confirm, I asked how everything would work with the refund and she told me I would not be refunded because they don't guarantee the repair. That's not what the website says at all. Her reasoning was that the technician has to still get paid. Those technicians are not 1099 and are still paid whether I'm refunded or not. She loves to speak to people like they're uneducated. I had the privilege of listening to her talk down to people all day on the phone, and then run her mouth about them when she got off the phone. Some serious training needs to happen at this store
