  Made appointment, they gave me a quote. GOt all my info, didnt show. Gave them a call they cancelled my order no phone call to schedule another time & just had me waiting around all afternoon. Ive called back several times just getting the run around and was suppose to get another call from them. Still nothing. The lack of service or care from them is something else. Dont waste ur time w them, what a joke. They're definitely going downhill

  They’ve rescheduled me 3x now for no reason and are now refusing to take my calls! Had to call their main line to get connected to this branch! Kelly, you’re a terrible secretary. Use other services if you need your windshield repaired!

  I love the professionalism in this business. They were quick and kept me informed about the progress of the replacement windshield. They kept me informed about calibrating the camera in my windshield as well. All worked properly upon completion.

  After getting a couple quotes from mearby businesses Safelite gave me the best offer. Safelite replaced my broken front windshield on my 4 door sedan. My experience was excellent. The process was simple. There were no hidden fees. They did not pitch/upscale me. They were on time. Very knowledgeable. Finished quickly. Communicated with me through the entire process. I highly recommend them!

  I called literally every glass company there was from Pensacola to Panama City Beach while we were on vacation in Destin nobody could get me scheduled until 3 days later so I decided to go on safelite's website and they were able to get me in the very next day with a early morning appointment, they were on time and very quick at what they do. Zachary was the technician and he did a amazing job. Thank you Safelite you helped me when no one else could. The best part was I didn't even have to be there they came straight to our vacation rental and we were able to enjoy our vacation while getting the window fixed at the same time thanks again
