  My husband called asking for an estimate on a tune up and oil change. He was on hold for almost 10 minutes after speaking with Charles and then hung up on. I called x2 and the first time Charles just said "hello?" and then hung up while I was talking. When I called again, he was rude and unprofessional. First impressions were not great here so we took our business elsewhere.

  Norman was excellent in his service and his performance. He is actually the first tech at Express who actually attempted to look at my in cabin air filter. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Thank you 😊

  I went 5.6.26. As soon as I pulled in Justin walked right up to my vehicle with a friendly smile. The whole entire process was so easy and great. He made me laugh the whole time, while being completely thorough. He checked my tires and my filters. Gave me great options to choose from for replacement. This was honestly the best oil change experience I've ever had. I'm so grateful I had Justin, he made my day so much better.

  I came in grumpy and I left with a smile! Thank you, Norman for being genuinely concerned with why I was in a bad mood and being cool as a cucumber when I snapped “I just want an oil change”! I left in a better mood with a smile on my face! Service was great as it always is! There’s all the reason I need to keep coming back here for my oil changes! I don’t have to get out or take the kiddos out and we aren’t there for an hour and the price is good!

Norman was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The service was completed quickly, and they even performed a quick inspection to make sure everything else on my vehicle was in good shape. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free visit, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance.
