  This place is awesome. I was helped by Justin while I was on vacation and my car wouldn't start due to a broken battery terminal. I was referred to Express Oil Change and they figured out what was wrong and had my car fixed in 15 minutes and were not going to charge me. Not alot of businesses like this around anymore where they place customer service over profit. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I want to give a special shout out to Justin!!

  Went in to get my car looked at for a knocking issue when I go over bump. I made an appointment yesterday and when I arrived they started to check out my issue and determined I needed to repair the shocks. They took care of it same day. Had great service from the team. Word around town is this is an honest place and I can add to it. I spent far less than I budgeted.

  Express Oil Change in FWB always does a great job for me and for my extended family members! We bring several vehicles to this shop for tires, oil changes, etc., and they have never done us wrong. It is so nice to have businesses you can trust in today's crazy world. Special shout out to Norman and Charles.

  I had a very positive experience at Express Oil Change in Fort Walton Beach. Grayson and Justin provided excellent service and made the entire process smooth and easy. My oil change was completed efficiently, and they also helped replace a side marker light for me, which I really appreciated. Both were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s always nice to find a team that genuinely cares about customer service. Thank you, Grayson and Justin, for your help and professionalism. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

  I recently visited Express Oil Change for the first time after being unable to get a timely appointment at the dealership before a long distance trip. I'm so glad I decided to give them a try! Norman was the technician who assisted me and he provided excellent service from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, confirmed the correct type of oil my vehicle required before proceeding, and made sure i understood everything that was being done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. This experience exceeded my expectations and I'll be returning for future maintenance. Thank you Norman for making my first visit such a positive one!
