Izzy is the representative you need to she was great. She helped me with my car rental. She explained every detail well. It was a very good and warm handoff to the car rental. I got. When I had to return it, she also helped me and it was a very easy process. Again, you need to speak to Izzy.

Beware..if you have Capital One or Citi Card, the bank's system routinely marks the charge as fraud ESPECIALLY if you're out of town. The employees were soooooo patient and allowed me time to call the bank to confirm the transactions OMGOODNESS! I see why people say CASH IS KING, but you can't rent a car with cash. 🤣🤣🤣

I came here today to rent a vehicle after being told they have one here at the airport. I got here, and the manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was inappropriate in his conversation with me. So I left. I needed a car, but not that bad. :-(

We drove from the other side of Seaside to get this rental car for us to tool around in for my birthday with my wife and one of our daughters. We even had a mega discount because of our past bookings, so the car was only going to be $3! We got to the place and it was busy. I had to wait for a while to be helped, even though the manager seemed to not be very busy. The fellow first helping did first apologize for my wait. He was acting strange, almost as if they didnt really have the car we booked online. At one point, he told the manager, "Hey, you need to handle this.", and got up and left. The manager, standing with crossed arms, said, "you need a credit card", I said "ok, my wife carries a credit card and we can just do it in her name." He lashed out and literally told me to LEAVE. We had it all booked. Thankfully, this managers actions only prompted us to get a better plan for our outing today, but it is really sad that people representing enterprise, a company that we have dealt with all over the globe, could be so poor with their customer service.

I always use Enterprise in Uptown for road trips, they’ve never let me down! With a large family, it’s often more cost effective to drive if possible; I can always trust these folks to get me into a clean vehicle with fluids topped off every time!
