  The customer service here was 10/10. The employees were helpful and did their best to accommodate my last minute booking. When I needed to extend my rental they were flexible and patient as well. The only recommendation I would suggest is ensuring the vehicles are thoroughly clean before passing them off to the next customer. I requested for the rental to be cleaned out again and the issue was resolved with no issue. Thank you to the Fort Walton Enterprise Team.

  So so so impressed with this enterprise location!!! I was in an accident where my primary vehicle was totaled. Fortunately, my insurance covered a rental car for a few weeks to where I could get into something more permanent. It was the day before memorial day when I walked into enterprise and was greeted by a super busy staff happily and professionally. Even though I was going through a stressful time, the amazing staff got me into a vehicle that day quickly, despite the high volume of guests in the facility. I had to extend the rental a few times as well and each time, the staff was helpful, kind and respectful. Highly recommend this enterprise to anyone in the area looking for a rental! Good prices, great staff. I couldn't be more impressed!! Thank you all!
