  Terrible experience today. I paid $20 for the “custom” wash to clean my two cars, both pretty new and just average daily use. And both came out worse than when I arrived. I actually had to rewash them at home with a pressure washer because they were left with a dirty film all over. The brushes and the “shimmy dry” cloths are clearly not maintained. While going through the wash, they were flinging brown/gray water onto the car, especially noticeable on the glass leaving everything covered in a dusty, grimy residue. This place used to be good, but it’s gone downhill. The equipment feels neglected, and the employees come across as unfriendly and careless. The only positive: the vacuums are decent for a gas station style setup, if you find a working one and the hose isn’t falling apart.

  Kai is a good help. She also gave me a few advices to keep my car clean and neat. I love this girl very much she gives good vibes and a happy aura that's very contagious. Keep up the good work!
