Asked her questions and she would not respond. While going over battery options, she was unprofessional! I asked my friend for advice about which battery to purchase and she stated it doesn’t matter because these are your only options. While giving my information for the warranty My phone number was assigned to someone else email. She questioned me about my number then I told her that’s my number but not my email and she said well I can’t change it. It was clear that, that person no longer had that number since it’s my phone that I provided.Just a very unpleasant experience! I will not do busy at this store again.

Trying to return a part that I got from discount, took it back to two different store locations. I have the part in bag, bar code, everything except receipt. Cant find my receipt at the moment but never had so much trouble returning a part! I mean its only 15 bucks but I wasted more diesel going to both stores. But there is autozone and oreillys. Will not go here unless it is absolutely needed

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
