I waited 57 minutes in my car with no AC, just to get in the garage, hood opened, and then wait just to be told they no longer have synthetic oil for my car. Is that not the main business you all conduct? To add insult to injury I was then told that I could get out....and WLAK to Oreilys and get my own oil. In the Florida heat!?!? After already sitting in a hot car for an hour!? And the price to then service my car would be nearly the EXACT SAME once I paid for my own oil and then brought it back!? INSANITY!

They were so fast and were able to help me answer a few questions I had. On top of that they went above and beyond making the experience better than anything we could’ve expected. We dealt with Dominic, Lewis, Donovan, Darnell, and one other worker we weren’t able to catch the name of and would highly recommend them to anyone. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be coming back for any and all services I need!!

Devon took the time to inspect my vehicle, quickly diagnosed the issue, and even topped off my coolant at no charge. He clearly explained the condition of the cooling system and recommended the best long-term solution without any pressure or sales tactics. Unfortunately, I’m not in a position to do the full repair right now, but I truly appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Devon and his entire team. Excellent service and great people.
