- RHRicardo HarveyAug 22, 20261.0Before entering I was told by the owner that it was $3/foot for a hose. When I found my hose it had a crack and all similar hoses from compatible cars had the crack. The gentleman at the counter said that the hose was $4.25, it was not a foot long, and I asked him if the price could be discounted because of the crack. He directed me to the manager. I informed her that the hose was cracked and I will have to do some modification to it for it to work. She responded, "It's a junk yard and that is the price for hoses and if you don't like it, you should go somewhere else to get what you want." This Junk yard is the closest junk yard to where I live, it's 30 minutes from where I live, so I had no choice but to get the cracked hose and modify it so that it will work. It's their policy that a bad part is equivalent to a good part, so the price is the same for either part. That makes them bad business people, because they have no discretion to provide good customer service. And, they tell you one price when you inquire about the price prior to entering, then charge a higher price at the register.

Uncle Tony’s offered us the most money, and they quickly came to our home and picked up the car for us! We had the best possible experience with them!

They were quick to help me locate the vehicles I needed to check out and the layout of the yard is very organized. Prices are not too bad, and they do offer a military discount on any purchases if you ask.

I came all the way from west palm and they did they job has costumer service it was this young guy who was working for couple weeks and looks like a fast learner great patient and I really can complain Maniger behind him and they did a great team good ppl to talk to… the most thing that really got me was the costumer service it’s was awesome. Thank you guys we see again.🙏
