  Just got hung up on when asking for a quote for this place to pick up my junk car. Its must be too much of inconvience to do something for a customer.. Used car buyers are a dime a dozen sad this business doesnt value good customer service.

  Was nervous since I've never been to a U pull. Both people were very helpful explaining everything and even showed me a map of where my car would be. I was able to get in get my parts and get out for cheap. Very friendly.

  Over the last weekend, me and a buddy went there to pull parts from two different brands of vehicles. When I checked in, the lady at the desk was extremely unprofessional and rude when I asked if there were any Toyotas within a specific year range, as many of the parts are cross compatible amongst Tacomas and 4Runners. She cut me off before I could explain that and then shouted “make and model… just tell me what you have.” My buddy was in search of a Mercedes, and there was only one from a different year, where the inventory stated there were a few others out there. When we cashed out at the end, the same lady then asked us to leave a good google review.

  I was driving on I-95 near Exit 176 in Palm Bay at approximately 12:50 PM when a vehicle from this company was driving dangerously and beer cans were actively being thrown or coming out of the vehicle and hitting my car. I switched lanes to try to get away from the vehicle, but my car continued to be hit. I called the company immediately to report what was happening. When I explained the situation to the person who answered, his response was, **“So, you need a tow?”** No. I did not need a tow. I needed someone from the company to contact their driver and have them **pull over and stop** before someone was seriously hurt or another vehicle was damaged. I understand that a company cannot control every action of its drivers, but how this situation was handled when I called to report an active safety issue was extremely concerning. A vehicle associated with your company was creating a dangerous situation on I-95, and the response from the person answering the phone was dismissive rather than taking immediate action. **This could have ended much worse than a few beer cans hitting a vehicle.**
