  I purchased a new set of tires from Mavis via their online portal. After taking my vehicle in, they also alerted me that my alignment was out, my rear shocks were leaking, and my battery was low. Cody was very helpful in explaining the issues and working on pricing for me so that I could get the best deal. Highly recommend. My husband's only complaint is that after returning home, my husband found two caps under my hood just lying out without being placed back into the proper position and my air filter had been smashed. These are minor inconveniences that in no way impacts Mavis getting 5 stars. We were overall very satisfied with the services. I would recommend this place every time!

  Mavis Tires & Brakes just off Midway on US 1 north of Treasure Coast Lexus is Excellent. I priced a Michelin tire at Lexus then Mavis and Cody gave me a price $70 cheaper, tire wheel balance included. They were quick, efficient and very kind. I will check back when other issues occur on my Lexus ES 350, which are few. Thank you Cody.

  If I could give negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. My husband and I recently had all four tires replaced on our Jeep. When he went to adjust the tire pressure, he noticed that **two of the four tires were manufactured in 2022**. We paid over $1,000 for what we were told were new tires, only to find out that two of them were already four years old. That is completely unacceptable. We immediately called the store and explained the situation. The so-called manager, Cody, gave us an excuse that the manufacturer said the tires had been stored in an air-conditioned environment and that the warranty doesn’t begin until the tires are installed. Regardless of the warranty, we paid for **new tires**, and we have never experienced being sold four-year-old tires when purchasing a new set. Cody told us to come in the following morning at 9:00 AM and said they would replace the tires. We drove all the way from Jensen Beach, only to arrive and be told that **he didn’t even have the tires available**. He admitted that he never bothered to pull up our ticket or check whether the tires were in stock before telling us to come in. Now we have to make another trip back on Monday. This could have easily been avoided if he had simply taken a few minutes to check our order before wasting our time. We will now have to make **three separate trips** for an issue that should have never happened in the first place. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of consideration for our time and the way this situation was handled is unacceptable. **BEWARE of this place.** We feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Once we finally get the correct tires installed, we will **NEVER be returning to this store.**

  Very happy with the service I received they didn't push anything on me they told me what I needed the rear brakes were good. Just the front needed work. Price was good. Car drives and stops smooth car was done in a timely manner thanks guys I will be back when needed. And will tell other people too.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The receptionist was especially kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made the entire experience stress-free and answered all of my questions with a smile. The staff worked quickly, kept me informed, and treated me with respect from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a business where customer service is still a top priority. I truly appreciated how courteous and professional everyone was. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers and provides outstanding service, I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my future tire and brake needs!
