  I have a mixed review. Buying the RV: Had a great experience. We were able to pick the RV, test drive, come to an agreement on the price, the terms, etc. It was a very smooth process. 5/5 Stars Servicing an issue: The thermostat was finicky. It would suddenly turn on or off, no matter where the button was put. I brought in the RV on June 23 (with an appointment) and they checked it out. It was noted that I needed a new thermostat and it was ordered. I let them know I was going on a trip July 3rd and I was assured it would be in before then. I began to call to check for the part on June 30th and I was told it was coming in the following day. I called to check July 1 and nothing came in. Then I called again later on in the day. I was told it was being ordered expedited and would be here the following day. I called again July 2 and nothing came in. I called again in the afternoon and nothing. Not once did I get a call for an update. July 3rd we were leaving and I tried one more time before we left and called and nothing came in. So we left on the trip. We are currently on the trip and it is July 8th. Not one call. Not one update. Nothing. I called for fun today (July 8) and was told the part was in but no one would be able to install it until next week. I was told to call next week. We have been with the AC cutting off or on. I get it things happen but the NO UPDATES or following up was really disappointing. Having to deal with this AC issue on vacation during summer, has not been fun. 1/5 stars

  Well, here we go, traded in our Class C, to 19t TT, cost of gas was the big factor, treated very poorly by Conor, because we didn't want any extras, after all the paper work was signed he threw the plates across the desk and told us to get out. So much for customer service, remember Conor What comes around goes around.

  Just before leaving for a camping trip we realized all of our outlets were not working. On our way, we stopped at fort Pierce general RV where we purchased our RV, and Samuel helped us immediately and got us back on the road in less then 20 minutes!. Tina, other service staff, was also very accommodating! Thank you Fort Pierce General RV! We really appreciate it!
