  Trisha, our sales lady was very nice and helpful. Janet was very nice with the delivery. The entire process in purchasing our new RV was smooth. Toi in financing was also very helpful. No pressure at all in any of the sales or financing. Can't wait to go camping.

  I was happy about my purchase but pissed off that I couldn’t get a straight answer from n e one. If it wasn’t for Raul Rodriguez lll, I would have lost my cool. But he helped me when my sales rep couldn’t and tried to please his client. He was the one who set me up with the deal on this 2020 passport and has been a great help since. Trish is good but Raul has gone above n beyond for me and he makes me wanna buy another trailer.

  Rachael was amazing with her customer service make us really happy as she was showing off a canopy, get us some discounts tha made our experience extremely pleasant. Also, she help us to find the missing hitch for our camper. Thanks so much Rachael! For making our experience super easy and enjoyable.

  We purchased a travel trailer from here and have had a lot of trouble getting assistance from them ever since. No one will return phone calls but no one seems to ever actually be there so leaving a voice mail is generally the only option. We had our trailer delivered and it was missing an expensive part we paid for, and we can’t get a returned call on that. We have a serious safety issue with a malfunctioning CO detector (also a potential fire hazard) and can’t get a returned call on that. The only reason I’m giving the generous two stars here instead of none is because of Bob who took us through our vehicle orientation. Otherwise it’s been a frustrating experience.

  My dog and I were tent camping from NC to Key West when we saw RV billboards and pulled off I-95. Ended up buying a 2025 21 foot long double axel 4,800 lb Grand Design from General RV. To pull this camper, I then received favorable trade value for my compact SUV in exchange for purchasing a 2026 Ford F-150 V6 Eco Boost from Sunrise Ford of Fort Pierce, Florida. Walking in the front door at the Fort Pierce General RV, lovely receptionists greeted me warmly and introduced me to beautiful, (inside and out) AWESOME Annie in sales, whose smile and shining eyes make Florida sunshine seem dim. Annie did a wonderful job of listening to my wish list, showing me camper options and efficiently guiding me to my dream rig. Annie also guided me to buying sway bars and an exterior protective coating for my camper. At one point, Fort Pierce General RV GM, Billy Ray, engaged while I was buying my truck and we were able to decide upon a wireless brake controller, which Fort Pierce General RV installed and this prevented my waiting multiple days for a Ford parts delivery scenario. Fort Pierce General RV Delivery Services Expert, Terry Small is a man of huge heart and knowledge of the features of my Grand Design camper. We also swapped stories and became brothers from another mother! Pedro installed my safety sway bars and some other items, which I greatly appreciated. Finally, Toi in Finance was equipped with ears to hear, empathy and kindness, which EVERYONE in the Fort Pierce General RV dealership displayed to me over and over again. Toi and I got my wired purchasing funds, out of state tax, title, tag related paperwork and 5 year 60,000 miles extended bumper to bumper warranty handled so that I’m now in a worry free state of mind. A spotless restroom, cooled bottled water and even water and Scooby Snacks for my dog capped off a stellar Fort Pierce General RV experience. I will stop back in when my travels allow because the good folks of Fort Pierce General RV are now my friends. What more can a fully satisfied customer say? UPDATE: As I was leaving the Fort Pierce West KOA Holiday campground, I decided to stop by nearby General RV to learn how yo retract a window shade in my new Grand Design Imagine camper. So glad I did because Robert taught me how and then recommended a back up camera for my RV, which I had him install immediately. I also met line foreman Samuel, who offered me his personal cell phone in case additional troubleshooting was required; and it was. Samuel has already taken a few of my calls, turning me into more of a friend than a customer! Emily, Tina and Rachel were all helpful and kind as well. Of course a visit to the Fort Pierce General RV location wouldn’t be complete without Henry Pup sayin’ hello to and getting a treat from awesome Toi. As Arnold once threatened in the Terminator movie: “I’ll be back!”
