- GTGary Chee A TowMay 28, 20261.0Absolutely livid I put e15 gas in my car, this gas station has switched the 87/89 to e15 all of their pumps now, I drive an older car, didn't realize this until I paid for the gas and started pumping then did I notice the labels on the gas pumps, e15 is a lower quality gas that evaporates sooner, gives you less mileage, and will destroy your engine in your older car while paying the same price for the gas, go to wawa or loves across the street instead same price and it isnt e15.
