  Picked up a rental while my personal vehicle was in shop. Brandon was very professional & helpful at drop off. Would highly recommend working with him!

  I reserved a rental in advance over 2 months in advanced for a special occasion and the branch manager decided to put his pride in the way and show he had power to mess up our entire day 🥹. He refused to let me get a rental car because I said I was going to write a review after receiving poor communication and he said ‘’ he can’t afford a review so I can’t rent this to you today ‘’ His name was Jerry Saintvil and he was one of the meanest employee I’ve encountered with Enterprise and I can only imagen what his coworkers go through as their supervisor. He had no compassion even after I explained how important this service I requested was and that it would affect my daughters graduation memories and his pride didn’t care at all 🥹 please don’t rent from this location if he is still there because he isn’t a good person !!

  Had a rental from here for one day while my car was at Arrigo. Very smooth process, they picked me up and took me back to Arrigo. Haley was very nice (she had promised a Rolls but got me a Mercedes that morphed in to a Toyota hybrid 😉). And the whole staff was very professional.

  The staff is very knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to help you get the rental vehicle you want. I always will choose Enterprise for my rental car needs, they've always treated me well. I would give them all the five stars in the world over and over again, never ending.
