  I have been renting from Enterprise for years and from different places each has treated me good and will try to make you satisfied with what you are getting even if there's a way to upgrade.

  Kevin at the Fort Pierce (North) location provided exceptional customer service when setting me with up with my car rental service last Thursday. Kevin explained the rental process from start to return in a way that was easy to understand and had me on the road in no time at all. If I had my own business, Kevin is the type of employee I would like on my team, great hire Enterprise! I will definitely be renting from this location again because of the quality service Kevin provided.

  A huge thank you to Samire for her proffesional ,carring, and understanding after being let down by another company.the staff on site was amazing as well.the proccess was quick and easy.samire has restored my faith in enterprise.

  David was awesome, tackling a lot of different things at once. He's an asset to Enterprise. That was a lot of pressure I saw and he stayed calm.

  Today I had the most disturbing experience at the branch with David Green, who is apparently a branch manager. As a frequent renter at enterprise I have encountered David Green several times and it has never been a pleasant experience but I typically don’t say much because I’m there to rent a car n that’s it. But today I watched him be rude to the lady before me and also rude on the phone to another person. As he was helping me as usual he was not very friendly at all. He kept cutting me off and talking over me and it was overall very unpleasant encounter and at one point I felt very intimidated by him. I told him I found his behavior very clipped and he asked me what that meant and I honestly told him he is borderline rude sometimes. Instead of apologizing or attempting to correct this behavior he refused to assist me and I was told to leave. I then asked him for clarification I’m being refused service because you asked me to be honest about his treatment of me and I was? He again said to leave bc I would not be helped. Upon parting ways I asked him to please be friendlier to any customers he encounters after me bc just like the lady before me, the person on the phone, and the many people I’ve seen him be rude to before, none of us deserve to be disrespected for simply renting a car.
