  The sales man Blade was very personable, very helpful you could tell he was very good at his job he knew what he was talking about helped me understand a lot of things I didn’t t know also helped me find a great choice of car.

  We rented for a long distance trip to Colorado. They provided an up to date Pacifica. Great ride. I will go to Enterprise for all my car needs because they have been so great with us every single time.

  What started as a great buying experience turned into a costly disappointment. We purchased a “certified” 2023 Volkswagen Jetta and were assured it had passed a thorough 100-point inspection and came with a 1-year powertrain warranty. Within weeks, we discovered the car had a head gasket leak, with a repair estimate of over $3,500. We were initially told by the manager, Matt, that the repair would be covered—this was not true. The warranty company denied the claim. Our mechanic also confirmed this is a known issue with this model that should have been caught and addressed before the car was sold, especially since we purchased it just under the factory warranty limit and could have been repaired at a Volkswagen dealership if they had addressed it. We made multiple attempts to resolve this. Our salesperson was responsive but had no answers. The manager never returned our calls. The professionalism ended as we drove off the lot. Bottom line: we feel misled and let down. The promises made during the sale were not backed up when it mattered.
