    I recently went to camping world the location at fort pierce. Me and my boyfriend were interested in buying a travel trailer and we got approved and everything and they charged half of the down payment. The next day we got a call saying that the trailer was ready and to go pick it up. We live in miami so is a 2 hour drive. Half way there we received a call from one of the managers saying that the made a mistake and that the had to reschedule because the trailer wasn’t theirs the were selling it for a customer and they had to get the customer to go over there and transfer the ownership or whatever. Which made no sense to us because they had already taking MY MONEY and ran MY CREDIT AND MY BOYFRIENDS and waisted OUR TIME AND GAS and also made us get insurance for the trailer which WE HAD TO PAY AS WELL THAT SAME DAY! to receive a call saying the made a “mistake”. Naturally we got very angry and disappointed and we didn’t want to o business anymore and we kindly asked to get our money back and a letter from them to be able to cancel the insurance. That was april 27, today is may 5 and i still haven’t heard a word back from any of the managers or the people in finance which supposedly were responsible for the refund. Even though I called and left messages with the receptionist because they wouldn’t take my call. the only person answering my messages is one of the workers there that showed us the trailers because he gave me his number. This whole situation is so upsetting! I never imagine they would be so unprofessional. They made a mistake and when we decided to cancel they could have made the uncomfortable process better but they went the opposite direction. Thats the reason i give them one star. Maybe other people had a better experience but ours is horrible and whats worse is still going on. I hope i get my money back and the stupid letter for the insurance people!

    Had service department do wheel bearing maintenance and install new toilet. First trip after that rubber grease plug on 1 wheel torn up due to improper cotter pin installation. Real rookie error. Further found another wheel with different color grease so don’t think they did that wheel. The real fun was toilet leaked on floor. Took it apart thinking seal not installed right only to find NO SEAL at all. Go any where else you will better off .

    I had a very disappointing experience with the retail associate at Camping World she refused to provide me with her name however when I asked another associate I was advised her name is Normah . She was rude, unfriendly, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I approached her. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and came across as biased in the way I was treated compared to others around me , I am a African American and she was being very friendly to the Hispanic couple and white man that was helped before me. Customer service should make everyone feel respected, and unfortunately that was not my experience at all. I would not recommend shopping here if this is how customers are treated. I was coming in to apply for a credit card and wanted to make a $600 purchase of which I had no choice to walk on and take my business to La Mesa RVs. Please do better with your employees

    I had a great experience with the service department and will be coming here for all future service, even if it means driving two hours. Matthew made sure everything was completed on time, especially since we had a long trip scheduled. He also handled a last-minute repair I noticed without any issues. Communication was excellent, and the cost of repairs was very reasonable. It’s refreshing to find an RV service and repair center that is honest, fairly priced, and truly treats its customers right.

    We dropped out brand new luxury camper for some warranty repairs on Feb 9th, 2026, this has been an awful experience. First, the service writer Matt has communicated with me and I have good comments regarding his communication. The fact is this, the trailer sat for three weeks before it was even looked at. Finally went into the "Bay" and i was told they are waiting on the warranty company to approve, BRAND NEW TRAILER, been in the shop longer than I have owned it. Then, waiting on parts, then, parts are in, then waiting to be brought back into the "Bay" Frustrating, it had now been 10 weeks, i have cancelled two trips, have one planned this weekend, and they can't get it fixed by then. If you shop at Camping World, they are AWESOME at sales, the service is awful. At this rate, my warranty will end from being in the shop for so long. Question, why didn't they check out the issues day one or two so they could order the parts? Don't understand, waited three week, then ordered parts, wait another five weeks for the part to come in. I have tried to get in touch with the service manager but can't get past the gate keepers that answer the phone. Oh, BTW, i have heard numerous times how short staffed they are, sorry, not my problem. Maybe space out reservations. I would love to have a conversation with such manager, my name is David Armstrong, you have my number.
