Claims to have free vacuums but it doesn't have free anything and it was incredibly hard to actually get to just have to turn around when we found out it wasn't free anything

Alex at the Fort Myers Take 5 Car Wash is fantastic. He was super thorough, professional, and made sure my car looked spotless before I left. Great service and a really positive attitude I’ll definitely be coming back specifically because of his help.

Isac was incredible, helped me with everything down to cleaning my rugs and vacuum my truck. He explained everything in detail , best car wash I have experienced in a long time !!!

What an absolutely phenomenal experience! I visited this brand-new car wash today, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived.
The facility is beautiful, clean, modern, and clearly built with the customer experience in mind. The prices are extremely competitive, especially considering the level of service they provide.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. While I was drying my vehicle, I heard one of the young ladies working there offer to help another customer dry their vehicle. That little gesture said so much to me about the kind of business this is and the people behind it. You don't see that kind of genuine customer care everywhere anymore.
The young gentleman, who is the owner's son, was also kind enough to give me a tour, and I was blown away by the entire operation. You can tell there is a lot of pride, hard work, and thought behind this new business.
I absolutely LOVE what they have created here! It's not just a car wash, it's an experience, and I truly believe this company has something special. I wish the entire family and their new business nothing but tremendous success. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend giving them a try!

I used the VROOM car wash in Fort Myers on Winkler Ave on September 9,2026 - 5:57 PM. After traveling a long distance my car was covered in bugs. As I prepped the car, Amy came out to see if I needed any help. I took the car through the wash and it did a great job, except I still had some “insect residue” left on the windshield. I continued to vacuum and clean out the inside. Again, Amy asked if I needed anything. I explained that I needed to go back through to get the leftover bugs off the windshield & was told no problem. When I went through again, the gentleman ( sorry, I did not get your name) power sprayed & used a more concentrated bug stuff and then scrubbed the front & windshield. I continued through the wash and it was perfect!
Customer service is top notch! Kind, friendly, and dedicated to do a good job!
