I can’t say enough good things about Vroom Car Wash! From the moment I arrived, every single staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help.
A special thank you to Sage, who went above and beyond helping me get my floor mats cleaned. He took the time to make sure everything looked perfect and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
My car looks absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience was top notch. If you’re looking for a car wash with exceptional service and employees who truly care, I highly recommend Vroom. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the best car wash that I have been to in southwest Florida in years.Great pricing on the memberships, helpful friendly staff, super strong vacuuming station with the air hose and cleaning chemicals for the inside of your vehicle.Also they have a mat cleaning station in the front of the building.5 stars all day.

As far as car washes go in the local area all I can say is it's about time I've been living in this neighborhood now for 16 years I was with rocket shine when they were on 41 and then that place fell apart and they sent me over to the other location that they have just off colonial and Veronica I think that place fell apart I had a membership with them and they just fell apart anyway this place is state to the art the full treatment with all the horns and whistles I highly recommend it my name is Robert Shannon and my car has never looked better

I've been a monthly car wash customer for years, and Vroom Car Wash is hands-down one of the best I've been to. I drove by one day, saw their Founder's Club deal, and signed up on the spot — best decision ever!
The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner's son, Matthew, is wonderful.
A few small touches make a big difference: they have an air tool you can use to blow out the vents and seats (gets rid of all that dust that settles in the tiny holes), and they always keep towels and spray out for customers to do quick touch-ups — something a lot of car washes claim to offer but rarely actually stock.
This is a great little family-owned car wash with genuinely great service. Highly recommend!

I went through this car wash on one if not their first day opening just down the street from me. Customer service is spot on!! From the time I arrived with a big smile from the time I asked about bug removal. I approached a young man and said some of the bugs on my grill were still on there. He immediately stopped putting up a car wash flag he was assembling and came right over and told me to pull up over here and started brushing my grill (with a soft brush) and put a bunch of de-bug solution on my car and told me to go through again. When talking with this young man, I had to ask him how someone so young was so professional? He was very humble but told me that he and his father are doing this joint venture together. His name is Matthew. I have been in numerous monthly memberships before but nothing like Vroom!!! I highly recommend their locations in the greater Fort Myers area and keep up the great work!! Thanks again Matthew. My wife has one too now!!
