  My experience at the Volvo dealership in Fort Myers exceed my expectations by a mile!! They were fast and efficient and incredibly nice and easy to work with. I can’t recommend them enough! A very happy customer!!

  I always received great service at Volvo Cars Of Fort Myers. Jim does an excellent job keeping me informed and making sure everything is taken care of from start to finish. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing a positive customer experience. The service department is efficient and professional, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Thank you to Jim and the entire team!

  Excellent vehicles XC40, 60 and 90. Also the Service Dept. is exemplary! They treat you like you were their only customer. They are professional and very kind and are always there for you if you have a concern with your vehicle . My Service Advisor is Jacklyn Pfeiffer. She is great The other Advisor is Jim. He us wonderful too!

  this is a very negative review that happened on 05/21/2026.the reason for the delay in the review is I would suggest to anyone doing a review to let emotions settle before going into a rant. Give it time for a resolve and dialogue. On 05/21/26 we arrived in a timely fashion for our routine service along with a request for service to check purge valve which was already diagnosed by other mechanics as being bad A LONG WITH A POSSIBLE SERVICE ORDER FROM Volvo TO REPAIR IF DEFECTIVE. Also, i CHECKED ONLINE ANDWITH Volvo THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS YEAR CAR AND PURGE VALVE ESPECIALLY WHEN REFUIELING THE CAR AND HARD STARTING AFTER REFUELING. After PATIENTLY WAITING FIVE HOURS WHILE Jim WAS TALKIN ON PHONE AND TALKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND TALKING TALKING.hE DECIDED THE OTHER MECHANIC AND MYSELF WAS RIGHT THE PURGE VALVE IS BAD .and NOW i WOULD OWE $99.95. for CHRCKING IT AND TELLING ME WHAT i ALREADY KNEW???.HE ALSO BLAMED THE NEW OWNER THAT THAT IS THE NEW POLICY OF THE OWNER!! WHAT ? new OWNER SPENDS ALL KINDS OF MONEY FOR DEALERSHIP ALONG WITH REMODELING ETC. AND ADVOCATES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR IT? i HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR SOME TIME AND ILL BE BUYING A NEW Volvo WITHIN HE YEAR AND THIS IS THE WAY i AM TREATED? i DID MY BEST TO TRY AND REASOLVE THE ISSUE AS FOLLOWS:. Left MESSAGES FOR Jim AND NO RESPONSE.CALLED THE MANAGER BUT MAIL BOX WAS FULL.i WONDER WHY?talked TO SOMEONE AT THE DEALER AND THEY WERE SURPRISED AT THE FIVE-HOUR WAIT. Called Volvo ITSELF AND THEY TOLD ME DEALERS ARE NOT A FRANCHIZE AND ARE INDEPENDENT DELERSHIPS.AND THEY CAN OPERATE AS THEY WISH. i PAID MY BILL AND LEFT AND HAVE NOT HERD FRM THEM AT ALL. I HAVE SINCE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP TO DO THE REPAIR. so, i AM TO BELIEVE THAT THE NEW OWNER CARES LESS ABOUT A REPEAT CUSTOMER, NOT WORRIED ABOUT SALES OR CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND FOR ALL THIS THEY GET $100.00?" for NOW, THIS DEALER IS NOT recommended BY RICHARD, BUT i WILL UPDATE FROM TIME TO TIME.LSO CHECK OTHER REVIEWS LIKE YELP AND I SHOULD HAVE BUT i HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOER SO I DIDD TRUST THEM
