Fernando provided outstanding service from start to finish. He made the entire experience smooth, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. His technical knowledge and attention to detail were immediately clear, and he took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly without any sales pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines high-level expertise with genuinely great customer care. If you're heading to Volvo, make sure to ask for Fernando—you’ll be in fantastic hands!

We were very fortunate to work with TJ Bower at Fort Myers Volvo,. TJ’s vehicle knowledge is unsurpassed. He was able to clearly explain the vehicle’s amenities in a manner that both my husband and I were able to understand. He worked with us to provide a great deal on our new car. So happy, couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Fort Myers Volvo for having such a professional and courteous representative!

We had a very disappointing experience with Volvo of Fort Myers. As we were approaching the end of our lease, we received numerous calls from the dealership encouraging us to trade in our vehicle for another Volvo. We repeatedly explained that we were not interested in another Volvo. Eventually, we received another call from the dealership telling us that we could potentially trade our vehicle in for a Genesis. We were interested in that option and provided the caller with the details of what we were looking for. We were told someone would get back to us, but we never received a follow-up call. Our last call was from Carlos. We specifically asked whether there was any benefit to returning the vehicle early, particularly since we had thousands of miles remaining on our agreed lease mileage. We made it very clear that we did not want to simply turn the car in if we would still be responsible for the remaining three lease payments. Carlos told us to bring the vehicle in so he could inspect it and let us know what could be done. We again emphasized that it was a long drive for us and that we were not interested in making the trip just to hand over the vehicle while still owing three payments. Carlos asked us to come in, so we did. Carlos said Volvo we buy us out and the remaining payments. My husband asked twice to make sure he was clear After inspecting the vehicle, Carlos came back and said everything was okay and took possession of the car. We were under the impression, based on our conversation, that we would not be left responsible for those remaining payments. We have now received a letter from Volvo Car Financial Services stating that we owe the last three lease payments. When we contacted Carlos, he told us that he would never have said that the last three payments would be waived. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. If we had known we would still be responsible for thousands of dollars in remaining payments, why would we have voluntarily turned in a vehicle that still had thousands of miles remaining under the lease agreement? We feel that the communication was extremely misleading, and the situation was not handled professionally. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing before turning in a leased vehicle. Based on our experience, we would be very cautious about dealing with this dealership or Carlos again. The one star is because it would not let me post without a star

Run, do not walk away from Volvo. I purchased a 2019 Audi A6 with around 45,000 miles on it. Within a month it was in the shop at Audi with over $14,000 worth of internal engine damage. The warranty they sold me covered next to nothing. I fixed the car out of my own pocket. The car then broke again within a month, with another significant failure on the other side of the engine due to no fault of my own for the second time. The warranty they sold me covered zero. They don't care about the condition of the car you're purchasing, nor will they try to make it right. They know the warranty is garbage, and still sell it either way (they have to make their comission after all). I have reached out to try to talk to a sales manager for months with no call back. It has taken me months and months to even get my warranty canceled. I paid over $4,000 for a warranty that didn't cover anything. The way staff has handled the situation following the sale, is both embarassing and insulting. It's sad to see how they run their business. As a business major, this business should be ashamed of themselves. I hope nobody else gets screwed over like I did. I called them almost every single day for weeks straight, and never received a call back from a single employee. The Better Business Bureau needs to know how they run their business.
