  Great service. Very friendly, great customer service. Shakim and the other staff were great. I had a Hertz rental and the tire went flat. They examined the tire and found a razor stuck in the tire. They removed and changed the tire to the donut tire. When I asked how much I owed them for their great service, Shakim replied "no charge". I have never received such great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Tire Kingdom for your auto maintenance. i

  Shakim met me at my car very nice guy. I was in a hurry, I wasn't going to have the work done that day I was just checking the price and I was going to set appointment. He said he could get it done fast. His team got my car in and out so fast I couldn't believe it. If you need work done go see my new friend Shakim.

  Phenomenal experience at Tire Kingdom! Wayne was incredibly helpful, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He made everything easy, explained my options clearly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend asking for Wayne if you visit!

  I came out of work finding that I had a screw in my tire. After filling it up and hearing it leaking I was calling the closest places around. Wayne did not hesitate. He told me to come down right then. He had a few people he was taking care of, and he never rushed any one of us, taking care of every detail. I'm so grateful to him and the crew for saving my day. Any issue I have in the future, that's where I will be heading, no question. Thank you so much!

  I will not be visiting this location again. Ive been here in the past and wasn’t impressed with the customer service in the lobby. Today I made an appointment for an oil change, when I arrived I was not greeted. When I eventually was acknowledged it was to inform me that they would be back. After waiting five more minutes I left and got my oil changed elsewhere. Nothing against tire kingdom the brand, the location in Cape Coral is very professional and customer service oriented.
