  Disgrace of an establishment, and managment needs to be evaluated prior to earning there position. 11/14/25 we brought in my wife’s car for new tires, balance and a new battery. During this trip they drove the car out to the parking lot with one of the balance attachments still connected to the tire. In which there response was “ things happen” Once they addressed that situation in the parking lot we started our 7 minute drive home, we immediately noticed a shaking in one tire and had to make a trip back to this store. Turns out the weights came off the tire completely causing the bounce we could feel while driving they addressed that situation but not before using there famous line of “ things happen” Fast forward to TODAY 10/2/26 battery is dead as can be, had it tested at advanced and they confirmed the battery was bad. So my pregnant wife with are 4 year old in tow made the trip to tire kingdom because well the battery has a 3 year warranty. With no discussion to my wife other then “ yes it’s under warranty we can do it now” they swap out the battery for a new one. Awesome great customer service! WRONG she then gets told it will be a $75 dollar fee, but not before they installed the battery AFTER! So she calls me when I question the service tech he proceeds to tell me “ well we have to pay the mechanic” I said okay well then put the old battery back in and send her with the warranty battery and I will do it myself. And return the core. He then tells me that’s “not how that works” strange cause that’s how it works anywhere else. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager gets on the phone, says “ it’s been explained to you” and hangs up the phone. No sure who made him manager but they should reconsider and maybe reviews like this could be avoided by a little customer service, anyway they then say well we will just put the old one back in and you can bring the old one too us and we will give you the new one at no charge. Explain to me how that makes any sense, you want to try to pull a fast one on my wife and get her for $75 dollars in “ labor for the mechanic” but then when I have a problem with that all the sudden we are willing to do the swap twice at no charge put the old battery back in and then allow me to bring it personally at a later time. Your mechanic has now swapped two battery’s for free, I have to bring it there on my personal time just for them to hand me a new battery anyway and earn themselves this review. Steer clear of this establishment at all cost, if your forced to go here make sure you have someone with you if your a female so you don’t get charged all the sudden fees that are not disclosed to you at the time of arrival but they make you feel you have to pay by the time you leave. And make sure any questions you have are disclosed prior to starting service.

  From the start to the finish Shaq was the best employee! Very knowledgeable about tires and what is best for my vehicle . He also helped with getting me the best price! Work was done fast I am very happy with the service! Highly recommend Tire Kingdom ! Ask for Shaq he’s great.

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom, and I especially want to recognize Shaq for being so helpful and professional. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping customers, but Shaq really stood out. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Tire Kingdom, especially because of employees like Shaq!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely recommend Tire Kingdom in Fort Myers! I came down from Tampa on a Sunday after my daughter’s car broke down and had to have it towed. Tire Kingdom took care of us at the last minute and made a stressful situation so much easier. Shaq was incredibly friendly, attentive, honest, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Wade, the mechanic, even came out personally to explain exactly what was wrong with the car, what they checked, and what they had done. They also put air in the tires and let me know my daughter could come back anytime if she had any follow-up concerns. I was in and out in less than two hours, the price was very fair, and there was no unnecessary upselling. I truly appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service. The location is also very convenient, with an AutoZone right next door. Thank you so much to Shaq and Wade for taking such great care of us. Excellent service all around and absolutely deserving of a five-star review!
