  We had just gotten onto 75 when we unexpectedly hit something in the road and sustained a fair amount of damage to our tire. After throwing our spare on my husband and I limped along to Tire Kingdom. With how quickly our tire had deflated we were unsure if it could be saved. Jon greeted us right away and immediately stepped out to our vehicle to have a look. He was very open and honest with us and told us what we could expect. They may be able to patch it, but if not, we would have to purchase 2 tires (we drive an awd). He took it into the shop area and was great about relaying info. They were actually able to patch our tire and fit us right in. He told us what to watch out for in terms of if it did start to leak. with a hole that size we could have 2 weeks, we could have a year. Hopefully closer to a year as we have a lot of tread left. They all did a fantastic job and even secured our donut back under our suv. We felt taken care of and like they were actually concerned, not that we were a set of walking dollar signs. Jon could have very easily made a sale of two tires today instead of a patch job but he chose to be honest with us. For that fact alone, along with how valued we felt, we will definitely come back to Tire Kingdom and purchase our future tires from Jon and the TK team. This location seems to be run with integrity, which is unfortunately in short supply these days. We absolutely will refer anyone we know who needs tires or any other services TK can provide to them. I should also say, they had us in and out- we weren't sitting there forever. Even if we had to stay there for a little while, the waiting room was very comfortable and clean, as was the shop. Thank you Jon and team. There was also another gentleman up front that we interacted with (I didn't catch his name) and he was lovely as well.

  Ray is always professional when taking Care oh his Customers. He & his team do a great job providing great service and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this location for service.

  I got my car fixed there a year ago and was resurrered by derirk that my car would be fix. Here we are a year later and my car is still leaking. The Area manager said Firestone was going to make it right and nothing has been right on my car since Firestone touched it. I called the number the owner left to call was directed to a whole diffrent company 😡😡

  I seriously got so lucky with this place. My tire went completely flat right as I was driving past, but of course they had just closed. John still took the time to help me get my car safely into the garage even though they were already closed, which honestly meant a lot in that moment. I came back the next morning at 8:30 AM and they had my tire patched up super fast—like in and out, no stress at all. Big shoutout to John for being genuinely kind and going out of his way to help. Not a lot of people would do that after closing. 10/10 experience and I’d definitely come back if I ever need anything!
