    I stopped in because I had had a flat the day before and put air in my tire. They took the tire off, checked it, found nothing wrong with the tire but found the problem to be a Crack in the rim. They checked all tires and brakes. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Glad I stopped in there.

    Robert was great, very friendly and personable. He was honest and wasn't pushy. I was periodically updated on the status of my repair. At the time of the quote, he took time to see if there were any desls/specials which there was and saved be $100. Will definitely go back if i need other repairs to my vehicle.

    They declared my car irreparable. I had it towed to the dealership after Tire Choice coupdnt get it to turn on again, and they were horrified. It was an alternator issue, yet Tire Choice chose to leave everything a wiring mess after they couldn't get it to start again. Guess who put the new alternator in only 6 weeks earlier? Tire Choice. I only went there because my warranty is contracted with them. My car was reset and running again a day later by the young mechanic at the small used car lot I bought my car from. Tire Choice made a mountain out of a mole hill, collected big money from the warranty, and left me with an "irreparable " vehicle that had to be towed off their lot. BTW , it was running with a jump start when I sent it there to begin with.
