  Alignment was done bad twice 2025. 2020 Yukon steering wheel completed at 12:30 rather than 12:00. Purchased (4) 22 Alenza Ultra's 03/2025. Quoted wrong size then charged full/higher price after installation. Regional Mgr begged me to buy the tires rather than Costco. After rebate, Tires Plus was still $100 more per set. Returned for one road hazard tire ballooned on sidewall. 8/21/26. Made appt. Counter guy took in 3 customers before me while I waited. Counter guy said he unlikely has the replacement tire in the shop. Should have looked when I arrived and requested one rather than waiting until I asked. 1 mile from my office at Gulf Coast Hospital Trauma Center in Ft Myers. Cannot recommend this place for any reason whatsoever. Should close this place and consolidate in another location with more / better service. Sad.....

  Manager took my keys long before the store opened up so I could get to work, did the work quickly and cheaper than I thought.

  Good price, walked in with no appointment and Billy got me in and out in under 30 minutes. Will be back for more work. Thanks Billy and team.
