  Today, I walked outside and saw that my passenger side back tire was low. I just had 4 new tires put on my car 4 months ago, I was completely stressed as I had a very important commitment to my employer. I was able to drive the car to put air in the tire, but worried if it would hold up. It was a Sunday at 4 pm. My commitment was at 5 at the Forum. I drove down colonial worried, knowing that the tire would lose air and cause me problems Monday morning. I pulled in tire choice on colonial. They fixed my tire quickly and efficiently. I was out by 4:45. With a fixed tire and made it to my destination at the forum at 5. Thank you so much for taking care of my tire, I have a new tire place! Good job guys! It is much appreciated!

  This is an update to a porous review, I left a few weeks ago. Since my first unpleasant experience, the powers at be for this Tire Choice location made the correct staff changes, in my opinion. The new manager Ray, was able to correct and rectify mistakes that I experienced during my previous visit. At the time, the previous GM at this location was not competent for the job, nor the responsibilities to be handled of this job (look at previous and recent reviews from other customers.) Ray, was fantastic and listened to all my concerns diligently. Ray was able to communicate with his team very well and had my vehicle in and out in a timely service and manner, with good service. Good job Ray, and also, good job to the powers at be for the staff changes. Two thumbs up from me 👍👍.

  Jordyn is the new assistant manager and is helpful and knowledgeable and helpful me during a difficult situation with my tire and had it fixed right away. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much Jordyn and staff!!

  Went in early Sunday afternoon because one of my rear tires was leaking air. Walked in and within minutes my car was on a lift being serviced. A small patch job and i was out the door. Entire thing took about 20 minutes from walking in to walking out. I couldn’t be happier! They did a great professional job and I got to enjoy my Sunday afternoon! Thank you.

  I have never seen a filthier store of any kind in my life. Ants and other insects were crawling all over the floor. Storefront windows so dirty.You could barely see through them. Cobwebs attached everywhere. Product and pricing was good.
