  Was charged 1200$ for repair and broke down coming home. Was informed that my engine needs replaced now. Why couldn’t this have been addressed before completing work? The work done is useless. I’m out 1200$ for nothing. Would’ve gladly paid for an estimate, but don’t think it’s fair to be charged to fix things if the underlying issue is my engine.

  This place is the absolute worst. I had an appointment but they had to get the tires from another store. Lastly, they took my car for a long test drive. Never heard of test drive for tires. 3 hours I’ll never get back.

  Went there with my 2012 Camaro with a screw in the rear left tire. Screw is approximately 1/2 inch from the sidewall and refused to patch the tire stating it was too close to the sidewall. Forced our option to buy 2 new rear brand new tires with a total cost being 800 dollars. due to the disrespectful salesman saying they will not repair the tire and with it being 530 pm no other tire shop was open. WIth this car being a primary vehicle we needed it on the road for the following morning. When asked for both tires they only gave us back the rear right. Upon getting home and unloading the tires it was then that we found out they only gave us the one back. We had to get the rear left the following day and take it elsewhere to be repaired for use in the future. Would not recommend Tire choice as this is the 3rd store in the past 5 years that have screwed up something on my Camaro.

  Great front desk service. Very slow on the labor side. Twice as long as we were quoted.

  Although they were not able to fix the issue with either of my cars because they were engine related, the staff at the two stores I dealt with were extremely helpful with giving me advice of finding a new car and how I can get my other vehicle fixed. Thank you for going the extra mile and doing it so graciously.
