When I called the number for the local tire choice, I was put through to an answering service. I asked to get service done also on some tuneup issues. When I arrived at the location, I was informed that they really didn’t have anybody there that could do that. If I had known that ahead of time, I would have gone to somewhere that could have taken care of that. I suggest you get rid of that answering service and talk directly to the service personnel at the location. I also asked to have a tire sensor checked out. I was informed that the tires needed to be replaced. If they had looked on my previous sheet since I am a regular customer yours, they would have seen that those tires I had on there probably only had 8000 miles in purchase from your location. They got back to me and said no charge on the tire replacement. I think they should’ve checked first before telling me I needed tires and what the cost would be.

We took our car in around 12-1 for service for two tire patches and bearings. We were told it’ll be about two hours to complete service. Completion time turned into 8/9 hours completion time. We was not properly informed on what was happening until 6:15 45 mins until closing. We were told that two additional parts needed to order because the two that was order was broken bent or damaged. We went all day with no vehicle with a complete payment of 977.00. We were told district manager would call us the next day to accommodate us for the inconvenience and the impact it had on our day. No one has called. We were very disappointed and frustrated with the service. Our back tires when backing now squeaks it’s just been a complete mess we are considering getting a lawyer

Tire Kingdom does my alignments and oil changes on my Jeep. I’ve also bought tires here. Great crew. Great service!
