  Tried to sell me everything under the sun! Misdiagnosed the tire problem- left tire was said unpatchable and right one was said patchable…went to other tire place and they said left patchable and right had no issues Air filters were just changed less then 30 days prior and they wanted to replace again. Other than that all was good

  I received a great set of brand new continental tires with free alignment at this location August 2025. Great costumer care despite having to go back three time to get alignment correct with a master aligner. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 tires wore unevenly by 11k miles, less than a year, due to malalignment (the toe was off based on recent alignment somewhere else). I had to just get 4 new tires since 3 were worn to about 3/32” at the worst region. I highly doubt this was secondary to something other than the initial alignment but I have nothing to prove it since I did not get an alignment printout the first time. Overall I don’t trust the wheel alignment at this place, which can wear your tires extremely fast, and therefore I do not recommend.

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice thanks to Kenneth and Neil. They were both professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what my car needed, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Their customer service was exceptional, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and well taken care of. I really appreciated their transparency, efficiency, and friendly attitude. I highly recommend asking for Kenneth and Neil if you need your car serviced.

  I went into the repair facility with a shake from from the front right tire or wheel. I believed the wheel was bent or maybe the vehicle was out of alignment. The repair facility told me all my tires needed to be replaced. $800 dollars. I agreed to this. Next they tried to sell me a $2700 rear struts and shocks job which I declined. After leaving the repair place 3 hours later, I discovered the car still had the shake just as badly as before. They did not diagnose the problem correctly, and didn't even test drive it before or after to ensure it was fixed. I will never go again.
