  I had a great experience at Tire Choice thanks to Kenneth and Neil. They were both professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what my car needed, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Their customer service was exceptional, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and well taken care of. I really appreciated their transparency, efficiency, and friendly attitude. I highly recommend asking for Kenneth and Neil if you need your car serviced.

  I went into the repair facility with a shake from from the front right tire or wheel. I believed the wheel was bent or maybe the vehicle was out of alignment. The repair facility told me all my tires needed to be replaced. $800 dollars. I agreed to this. Next they tried to sell me a $2700 rear struts and shocks job which I declined. After leaving the repair place 3 hours later, I discovered the car still had the shake just as badly as before. They did not diagnose the problem correctly, and didn't even test drive it before or after to ensure it was fixed. I will never go again.

  Such an amazing and helpful team here. Brought my car in as it had been having some issues for quite some time and Ken did a fantastic job repairing everything! Great price as well! Highly recommend!

  the front desk people were very nice and friendly but the mechanic saw a woman and his eyes lit up in dollar signs. he lied to me about services saying it was very dangerous if i didn’t get the work done and tried to say old oil in the underside was actually transmission fluid leaking and it was an emergency and very dangerous. i had my car looked at before my trip and my regular mechanic pointed out all the things that this mechanic was trying to tell me was too dangerous to drive. my regular mechanic told me this was all minor and didn’t need to be fixed for a good while. they also way over charged me for a windshield wiper motor. i would never recommend this place because you cant trust a mechanic that lies that badly to screw you out of a few thousand dollars.
