I have always had great service from this location. John, the Manager, is a great guy, very helpful and friendly. However, I had my oil changed on Aug 20,2026, my 21 Yukon Denali requires 8 quarts of oil, which I supplied in two 5 quart containers, I also supplied the proper Wix Oil Filter. On my way home, the Low Oil Level light came on, I pulled over immediately and check the dip stick, it showed no oil on it. Because I had supplied 2 five quart jugs, I expected to find two quarts remaining in one of the jugs. Instead, I found a jug with 4 quarts remaining. It’s obvious the tech doing the work only put 6 quarts in an engine requiring 8.
I topped off the oil to the proper level and continued on. On August 28, I was traveling from Fort Myers to Blairsville, GA and the Low Oil Level message came in again. Now I’m thinking WTH and pulled over, again, no oil on the stick, I looked under the vehicle and oil was dripping a small bit continuous stream of oil from the filter. Now,, on the side of I-75 in South GA, my old butt and to craw under my vehicle with no tools and hand tighten the hot oil filter. It took. 2 complete turns to tighten it. Being only 3 miles from an exit, I risked driving it there and added 2.5 quarts, then continued my trip. I spoke with John on both occasions and he was profoundly disappointed this had occurred, The incompetence of the tech doing the work, is inexcusable. I realize mistakes happen and I understand only putting only 6 quarts in it combined with the filter issue, I felt compelled to write this. As stated, I’ve never had an issue before, and as long as the same tech stays clear of my vehicle, I will continue to have service there.
Respectfully
Randy Jordan.

Fast service every time I've come here. John's knowledgeable, informative & pleasant to deal with. Thanks again for everything y'all do!
I’m giving 5 stars for the actual employees that work at this tire place .. they were friendly .. and super fast !!
That being said …
0 stars goes to the answering service !!
please note… the number listed is not the actual establishment.. it’s an answering service for the tire company… and the answer service was not helpful AT ALL… and gave us wrong info… try to find the direct number to the tire establishment if u get routed to the answering service .. or just take a chance and head to the store .. if we would have listened to the answering service we would have been stranded on the interstate with our boat.
We had no choice but to take a chance and go even after answering service said we would have to wait several hours …
Luckily , the answering service was wrong and we pulled in and the employees changed our 4 trailer tires and we were back in the road in 30 minutes!!!
Hope this was helpful!!
Never coming here ever again.
Got an oil change after Robinson said this was a place I could trust, left feeling so much regret for getting service done here.
After the oil change, I looked at the millage sticker and someone put 20,000 miles lower than my current mileage. Got that corrected, but while I was waiting I took a look around my car and saw 2 of my plastic hub caps cracked. I told Robinson and he assured I would get them replaced and called by Monday.
Later that day, I drive up to Tampa. I made it to my location only to find oil spilling out of my car! Once it cooled down, I opened the hood, and found THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE CAP BACK ON!!!
Since the location was closed, I called first thing Sunday morning. Only thing I was told was to bring it back. After a Google search of what to do, I went to buy more oil to fill it back up, and after that I noticed on the bottom of my car, the skid plate is opened and torn up since it was dragging the entire drive!
I had to duct tape it shut to make it back home.
On Monday, I meet with John, the store manager and after inspection he tells me he can get me new hub caps and a skid plate free of charge.
I asked him, why wasn't there someone who checks the car once the oil change is completed and he responded "It's not a perfect world. I train so many people, and the customer is always rushing to get the job done..."
Mind you I waited for 4 hours and never even rushed them.
I feel like John wasn't very apologetic about the hazardous mistake his team made. I understand people make mistakes, but as manager, you supervise and inspect their work to ensure this doesn't happen again, which he told me, they have forgotten to close the lid on the cars of other customers as well!
I still do not feel satisfied with the service I received and the time and money I wasted. $111 for the oil change, $27 for extra oil, $18 for duct tape.
Not professional at all and a very upsetting experience
