  Although met with an unexpected delay, I was extremely satisfied, with their overall service. I specifically want to call out their site manager, Zachary, for his prompt action to resolve the problem and communication throughout. It was a difficult situation for us both, but he did everything within his control to make it right. I believe most customers will be understanding, if treated with respect and honesty. Tell us what we need to know, NOT what we may want to hear. Zach was both courteous and professional explaining the unfortunate circumstances surrounding my oil change and tire rotation. A shop error was not only corrected, but turned into an unplanned upgrade for me. It cost me more time than originally quoted, however Zach made certain it was not wasted. The value of a good reputation is priceless in a very competitive market and must be earned. I now have a greater trust and confidence in this location. Therefore I will certainly be back and absolutely recommend to others.

  Had work done few months back and have had issues ever since(had to take back once or twice already)!! Only used cuz its where my car warranty was through but covered nothing so had no choice as they already had engine apart.

  I’ve used Tire Choice several times over the last 10 years. The staff is polite and doesn’t try to offer services I don’t need. I’ve gone to them for flat or tire leaks caused by nails on the road and never a happy occurrence. Working with a trusted company to repair/replace my tire eases the pain. The only drawback is they use off shore customer service to make appointment.

  I will not be returning to this location ever again I went in for a simple flat repair. The young unexperienced technician left the wheel lock on the rim as the vehicle was given back to me and lost it on the road , as well as over tightening all the lug nuts, breaking through the top of the nuts and ruining a $200 wheel spacer. The store manager was very unhelpful blowing off the situation as not a big deal. Since hes not the one having to pay for a new set of wheel locks and Spaces
