Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the service! We even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Alberto for his excellent service. Highly recommended!

Estafadores !!!! Vergonzoso !!!

I’ve been using Sixt for about 7 years and I have never had an issue with them. Their cars are always great, their customer service is great depending on the location but that’s any business. And they’re extremely easy to use. Just had another successful experience with them after not using them for about a year

By far the best rental experience of my life. First time using Sixt and I will be using them exclusively from now on. I got a 3 series BMW and was upgraded for free to a 540i. Car was perfectly clean and was so epic. Employee at the gate was extremely friendly, literally with the app it took maybe 3-4 minutes to check in and go. No surprise fees at the end either.

We had a great trip to fort myers but sixt was quick to ruin that by emailing me once we got home saying there was damage to the vehicle. First of all they didn’t give me the vehicle I booked. They gave me a “free upgrade” which was a big dented up suv. We didn’t need that it was just me and my husband but they said they didn’t have the vehicle available and that I could pay $150 for an upgrade to a smaller vehicle which was a bmw. I drive a Mercedes gle that doesn’t impress me we literally just wanted a vehicle to get to and from the hotel and it was 930 at night. I took pics before we pulled out which I usually do thankfully. And the dents didn’t bother me because usually there’s a few when we get a rental. But I’ve never been accused of the one to cause those damages. We used maybe 1/8 of a tank of gas which I prepaid for the fillup they talked me into then had the nerve to say the vehicle was returned damaged. No you rented me a damaged to hell vehicle and I’m not taking blame for that. I will never use this rental service again which sucks for them because I travel a lot and usually pick sixt if it’s available but you lost a customer by being dishonest and trying to put blame on me when you are the ones renting out dented pos vehicles.
