  This is the worste car rental company I have ever used. They overcharged me, didn't disclose fees and are generally terrible. Its been almost a month and customer service still can't even figure out why I was overcharged. Never again!!

  I rented a smaller car. It did all I adked of it. The ride was smooth. Check in and check were actual simple and not tedious. I recommend Sixt.

  Recently rented an suv from Sixt at Ft. Myers airport and the service was excellent. From checking in to return. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I want to give a special shout out to the employee at the kiosk where you pick up the keys. My flight got delayed and wasn't landing until after closing at 1am. I phone ahead an the employee stayed until 1:30 am and got us our rental. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you so much for helping me out!!!

  We had a great experience picking up our rental car from Sixt rental at the Florida Southwest International airport. We were waited on promptly and professionally. We had the luck of working with an agent named Lorena and she was great! Super friendly, professional, polite….and A+! The other two agents at the desk were also the same with their customers. There was a computer issue that Lorena felt terrible about and we had to start our rental agreement over. It wasn’t a big deal to us and we knew it wasn’t her fault. She was so grateful we weren’t upset and that we understood. She ended up giving us an upgrade since we had to wait a few extra minutes. I’ve rented various vehicles from various companies and Sixt was by far the best yet. Thank you for helping get our vacation off to a positive start.

  My experience with SIXT was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The entire rental process was seamless, easy, and stress-free, and that's largely thanks to Jeff and the incredible team at SIXT. He took the time to make sure I was placed in a vehicle that I truly wanted and made the entire process feel personalized and effortless. His charismatic attitude, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people were evident from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was how much Jeff clearly enjoys what he does. His positive energy and dedication to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression. It's rare to encounter someone who combines exceptional customer service with such authenticity and passion. The entire SIXT team displayed outstanding customer service skills and made me feel valued as a customer. Because of Jeff and the team, this was one of the best car rental experiences I've ever had.
