  Vik was extremely professional friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. When I returned the vehicle, Amanda handled the check-in smoothly and professionally. Both were helpful and made renting and returning the car a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Sixt at RSW- I’ve also rented from Sixt in Hawaii, Arizona, Colorado, Miami, FLL as well as a bunch of other locations, it’s the only company I will rent a car from on all my travels. WTG!

  One of the best SIXT locations in the USA! I have SIXT+ and needed to exchange my car. Although they didn’t have any vehicles available when I arrived, Vic understood that I had driven about an hour, provided the branch’s phone number, and helped me locate a replacement vehicle. I also interacted with several other team members, including Jeff, and everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Outstanding customer service and an excellent branch. Thank you!

  There was a problem with the way I booked the rental and the only correction was to cancel the reservation. I asked for a comparable rental and the courteous staff was glad to accommodate. It was a little more money but I agreed. The deception was being downgraded to a Prius which was revealed at the end of the transaction. I'm 6'4" and my head was against the roof. I'm sure I could have walked to any other kiosk and got a Camry at the same price in the slowest month here in swfl. I won't use sixt again.

  This was the third time renting from this company but the first time renting at this airport. Be very careful when using the mobile check in. It is easy to click on unwanted ads ons. Our car was a Nissan Sentra. Beat up pretty bad. We only had it an hour when it started raining hard and the water dripped through onto my feet. Then the tire pressure dropped. We had to exchange this car for another. It was a BMW. No charge for the upgrade. Still a little beat up but not as bad. They tried to put in claims for the first car for “damage to the right front tire” that had been clearly listed prior to us renting it. The counter manager upon return was a nice guy and seemed to be able to clear up all our issues. We are still getting emails about a claim. We were told not to respond to these but I’m sure I will have to address it at some point. Bottom line. Won’t rent from this company again. Be wary.

  We got there around 9:30 PM & I thought I had already completed my online check-in. Surprise: I fumbled that bag. Vic & Hendrick were there to greet us and were so incredibly patient with me, still managed to get another guest on the road in a matter of minutes with zero hiccups while still helping us complete checking in correctly. Both gentlemen were so informative while they walked me thru it and could not have been more kind to me and my partner. I’d give them 100 ⭐️ out of 5 if I could. Will definitely be renting from this company again based on customer service alone. The car is gorgeous and my partner can’t wait to drive it. So grateful for these guys! Give them both a raise 😉💛 🙏
