  Abholung in Fort Myers ohne Probleme, Fahrzeug im perfekten Zustand, Personal sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit am Schalter sowie auch bei der schlüssel Übergabe. Immer wieder gerne.

  Friendly customer service when making reservation on phone, wonderful, friendly, no waiting professional service at RSW car rental facility counter, and again at sixt kiosk in RSW car rental garage. Gina at Kiosk was so helpful and so knowledgeable and was at ease multi tasking myself and another client. She worked flawlessly, quickly, and didn't miss a thing! All done with a smile on her face and on all of our faces. Even cleaning crew were walking around ready to help out. Loved my clean sporty zippy fun rental as well. Gina knew what I wanted and made it happen! I highly recommend Sixt at RSW:)

  Upon arrival because I rent from Sixt a lot. Amanda remembered my name and it made me feel welcomed and also appreciate it as a valued customer.! every time I rent from this location I’m always met with smiles and great appreciation! Because I’m in the military at the travel a lot I choose to use Sixt over everybody else have great selection of vehicles, always clean and the customer service is out of this world! Keep up the great work

  I've been renting from SIXT at the Fort Myers Airport for a while now and the experience has been consistently solid across the board. What keeps me coming back is the quality of their staff. Representatives like Alberto set a high bar. He's handled my rentals on multiple occasions and every interaction has been smooth, professional, and hassle free. No upselling pressure, no confusion, just straightforward service done well. When I know Alberto is at the counter, I know the process is going to be quick and painless. That kind of consistency is hard to come by. I have plenty of options when it comes to car rentals in Fort Myers. I stick with SIXT because they consistently put capable, courteous people like Alberto at the counter. That reliability matters, and it's what earns long term customers.
