  Just got my new GT today, such an amazing experience with you guys . Frank Ortiz was my rep and he did an amazing job made everything smooth and easy . I highly recommend you guys to work with him , also Valerie did an amazing job for the finance part. Thank you guys so much for everything !

  Asked for gearing info on a used newer vehicle. Was met with “come in and drive” instead of an answer. I asked again for a photo of the door sticker on a vehicle so I could determine the gearing for myself. Said they would get it to me right away. It’s been almost 24 hours. Not impressed with the speed of service for sure. As a first experience it wasn’t positive.

  Had our Lincoln serviced and the service person, Kit Kohner was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He has demonstrated leadership qualities over the years we have had contact with him. He should be the overall service manager!

  I had an excellent experience with the service department at Sam Galloway Ford! My service advisor, Haley Schmeckpeper, was wonderful. I don’t know much about cars, and she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Haley was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. She kept me informed throughout the visit and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Great customer service can be hard to find, and Haley truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Sam Galloway Ford’s service department, and especially Haley!

  0 Stars if I could! The vehicle had a lot of water spots. I told them “I own my own detailing business, I know these spots can come out”. One of the managers said “good, then you can get them out”. Upon going back and forth for a few minutes, he told the salesman to get it washed. I came back the next day and saw some B.S tire shine on the vehicle with dirt and dust built up so much you can run your fingers on it and it’ll leave a trail. They just threw on some tire shine on a dirty vehicle. I tried to talk them down in price, they wouldn’t budge more than what they offered me. Anytime I spoke to the salesman about anything he said “let me go talk to my manager”. My mechanic and I went to go inspect the vehicle once more before signing the paperwork. They were trying to sell a vehicle with very little coolant, and washer fluid. Overall experience was completely horrible. All of the sales managers and my salesman wouldn’t talk to my mechanic, and would literally walk away the second he walked towards their direction and when we were inspecting the truck. Not a single person that was “helping” me buy the truck at Ford, had a smile on their face, wasn’t enthusiastic, energetic, or even excited to make a sale. It was like talking to a bunch a lifeless souls, of just flesh sitting right in front of me for hours on in. The only cool person there was the finance guy. As a business owner myself, if these were my employees, they would no longer have a job. Nor would I allow my business to be operated in such manner. I will not specifically do business with “Sam Galloway Ford” again. Everything took forever, salesman will basically harass you to make you say yes, they won’t give two craps to even wash their vehicles (oh and supposedly the manager said they just got a new detailing company recently to work for them), they’re very snobby with their remarks. I can go on and on. I didn’t ask for miracle, just to get the truck washed and a few other things that they didn’t do, and gave me a hard time about. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from here. Not even to stop by and grab a cold water they have laying upfront.
