  I had a good experience purchasing a used Bronco from Dean (sales). As a part of the sale, the service department had to work on a few things that were important to me. Haley S. at the service department was very professional, responsive, and most helpful. I highly recommend the dealership for the sales experience and the high quality of service from the Service department. They deliver.

  1/5 Extremely Poor Service Experience I contacted Sam Galloway Ford four days ago with a simple question regarding a DEF warning on my 2022 Ford truck. I asked to speak with someone in the service department or a service manager, but no one was available, even though I called in the morning. Instead of getting an answer, the appointment representative asked for an excessive amount of personal information, including my full name, home address, email address, phone number, and VIN. I provided everything and was promised that someone from the service department would contact me. Three days passed, and nobody ever called. I finally scheduled my own appointment online and entered all the requested information again. Someone then called to confirm the appointment and asked me for the same details, including my home address, despite everything already being submitted online. Afterward, I was bombarded with emails, text messages, and phone calls. Apparently, they can contact you repeatedly for appointment confirmations and marketing, but they cannot return one service related phone call. The appointment portal showed a minimum estimated cost of $229 for the electrical system service connected to my concern. I canceled the appointment and went to an independent shop in Cape Coral, where they reset the DEF alert for free. My experience was an unnecessarily complicated intake process, no promised follow up, repeated requests for information they already had, excessive automated contact, and a $229 minimum estimate before anyone would even properly address my concern. It felt far more focused on collecting customer information and generating a paid appointment than providing basic customer service. I will take my truck elsewhere and would not recommend Sam Galloway Ford’s service department based on this experience.

  everything automated except any of it or vehicles information, what a waste of time and broke application of AI. also couldn't tell me how long they would have my vehicle or if it is under warranty with my expenses service plan. I've seen lemonaid stands run better than this place, they wanted to charge me. $250 service fee to disconnect the battery and reconnect it to do a hard reset.

  Alex, our salesman, took great care in getting my husband into a truck. He was efficient and personable. He went above and beyond and sat with me as well, going over all of my FordPass features for my mustang. Jeffrey was extremely helpful in finance, helping us get the best rate possible. Highly recommend this location!

  This disabled Air Force Special Operations veteran was treated with respect and received a fair deal on a beautiful used 2018 Ford Escape Sel. I left happy and glad to have been blessed with a buying experience that I feel good about. Great selection, fair prices, and courteous sales people. Ask for David in sales for a great deal.
