  Schedule at your own risk. An appointment is not really an appointment, it is a request to be a customer. They will confirm if you meet their customer standards the day of your appointment" I scheduled an appointment using their AI agent for service on a Ford Explorer. I even received a follow-up inquiry where I added further clarity to what I was requesting. Only to have the appointment cancelled on the day of the appointment. Not only was the person who called me unsympathetic to the fact they THEY caused this problem. When I voiced my frustration and dissatisfaction with their process, I was then greeted with repugnant attitude, where it was MY FAULT for even trying to give them business.

  I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten yesterday. I had a great salesman by the name of Brett Blickie. I got a fair price for my trade, not great, but fair. The documentation and electronic filing fees were reasonable compared to other dealers. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them in the future.

  I recently went in to have some service work done on my 2022 Ford Explorer. I was greeted immediately by one of their Service Representatives named Don Glenn. I found Don to be a rare find in today's world. He was polite, understanding, and his follow up was amazing. They just don't make them like Don anymore. Sam Galloway with Don Glenn's help are unbeatable.

  Avoid Sam Galloway Ford at all costs. Our salesman, Geovanny Reynoso, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After refusing to negotiate over a simple couple hundred dollars, we walked out. The moment we got into our car, they suddenly agreed to the discount, but we were already done with their games. The worst part came the next day when Geovanny texted my girlfriend's personal phone just to brag and show off that he sold the car to someone else. Extremely petty, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never step foot in this dealership again, and I strongly recommend everyone stay away.
