  Someone broke into my husband’s truck and broke his side window. The technician came to replace the window and broke his lock on his truck. The technician said that he would have to order another one and he would come back and we have not heard anything from them. And the last time my husband had his windshield replaced he used Safelite and they did a terrible job . This will be the last time we use them

  The worked performed was sufficient enough however there is a potential issue with my warranty, and I cannot get hold of anyone to talk to about a simple question. I need to confirm the front camera calibration was performed as my parking assist is now behaving erratically. The Lexus dealer wants me to confirm this has been done and says if it has it needs to be redone. You cannot talk to a person when you call. It’s a robot. There is no option to speak with someone which is unbelievably frustrating. You think you’re going somewhere and then the thing hangs up on you.

  It took three weeks to actually get me back to a functioning windshield. Three different windshields were ordered for my car, two of them were installed in my car and all three were defective. The pre-attached mount for the rearview mirror would fall off. After replacing the whole windshield twice, the mount fell off while re-attaching the rearview mirror. I was told that i would be receiving an OEM windshield from Audi for my now seventh scheduled appointment. After driving around for three weeks with NO rearview mirror and at least four alarms screaming at me every time I started the car because none of the sensors were re-connected did i finally get a functioning windshield. However the tech confirmed that my now third replacement windshield was NOT an OEM from Audi, but had come from the exact same place as the defective windshield he was there to replace. I won't even go into that fact that my sixth appointment was scheduled for my home on a Saturday and NOBODY ever showed up.
