  I think the technicians name was Eshawn but he was fantastic to work with! He called ahead of time, arrived early, answered my questions and told me warranty information I did not know. Scheduling online was easy and having them come to my work address to complete the work was very helpful!

  I want to take a moment to reflect on my recent experience at this location. The customer service here was absolutely phenomenal. The technician, Marcos, who worked on my repair of a decent-sized chip on the windshield, was incredibly kind, diligent, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The representatives in the lobby, John and Abby, were also very courteous, pleasant, and handled other customers who were giving them a hard time with patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for windshield replacement, repair, or even wiper blade installation, this is the place to go. I couldn’t be happier with the repair and the wiper blades that were installed. All three individuals I dealt with explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and did a great job. Thank you all for a job well done!

  Safelite came to my house, replaced the windshield, recalibrated all cameras/devices, cleaned up and was well equipped and well trained. I will never use anyone else! Bill

  Had a few questions regarding glass availability and OEM glass replacement for a specific brand. Tried to call several times and was unable to speak to person on the phone. I cannot recommend a business that does allow you to get help without have to trick an AI phone system. I was able to get help from another company very quickly and they will get my business!

  I had an appointment for sometime between 12-5. Tech was a no-call, no-show. I've had zero communication from the company. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but I can only get a national customer service rep, no one local. Wasted my entire day waiting for them! Very angry! I'll be going with a local company instead. Edit: Tech showed up at 5:30pm. He was friendly, courteous, and professional but never apologized for being late or acknowledged the disruption to my entire day. Repair was done well, though. The company needs to change how they communicate with customers. Besides the lack of communication and tardiness, the tech was friendly and did well, but the company did very poor. I still will not use Safelite again. I will seek out local small businesses from now on.
