  Shellie was very friendly and attentive to my situation. The tech who did the inspection found things I would not have. Overall a very good experience!

  We had an oil pressure sensor go out unexpectedly. Cummins was no help finding svc. Another truck shop recommended this place. Dan, the owner, fit us in even with many competing jobs. Diagnosed the prob; fought with Cummins to get the part; installed it immediately upon receipt; and sent us on our way. All while the shop was moving to a new site. Great team!

  If I could give no stars I would. They came out in June to give a quote for warranty work. A guy from the warranty company came out and the work was approved. Waited for parts to come in. In the meantime time I had a family emergency and had to leave town for a couple months. I been back now for over a month and every time I call I either get an answering service or told they are moving and will call back to get me on the schedule. Today I called the warranty company and they said they paid them on September 9th. The work still hasn’t been done and it’s December 3rd now. How do you get paid over 4000 dollars and not do the work? Terrible customer service do not use this place at all!

  In my personal opinion, they are a bunch of crooks, and that it was the worst experience I have ever had.

  Repairs took longer than expected but mostly due to a wrong part being shipped. Everything was fixed the first time which in the end is all that really matters! Thank you RV Doctor!
