  I am not sure what is happening with this Penske location. We have been experiencing minor setbacks that we normally manage to overcome, understanding that nothing in life is perfect and that patience is sometimes necessary. Integrity Medical Systems, Inc. has worked with this Penske store for thirty years. Occasionally, small inconveniences occur, and we overlook them because we understand that such issues are part of doing business. However, last Friday was a small nightmare — truly a scare.On Thursday, the 4th, I went to pick up the reserved truck, as we routinely do. We collect the truck at 4:30 p.m. so we can begin our deliveries early the next morning, starting work at 5 a.m., finishing around 2 or 3 p.m., and returning the vehicle to Penske earlier. Unfortunately, when they attempted to remove the truck from the lot, they noticed that the dashboard ignition light was on. The attendant informed me that the mechanics would diagnose and repair the issue.I waited approximately 40 minutes. They told me the problem had been resolved, but in reality, they had only cleared the dashboard and turned off the warning light — the defect itself was not repaired. I drove the truck to Integrity’s parking lot and, early the next morning as scheduled, departed for our equipment delivery. When I was about 50 miles down the road, the light illuminated again, indicating an engine problem. Fortunately, I was able to reach my destination, but on the return trip the real trouble began: the truck stalled twice. I had to wait roughly 40 minutes between attempts to restart it so it would run again. have just called Penske to request and reserve another truck for tomorrow, which I would pick up today at 4:30 p.m. I insisted that they provide a better vehicle without defects, as the one given to me had 68,000 miles and was not in good condition. Miss Samantha informed me over the phone that she would check what could be done.
