  Worst oil change and tire rotation experience in over 50 years of driving. They quoted me a price for an oil change and said they would give me a free tire rotation. The oil price change was a pinch high, but in view of a free tire rotation I said let’s do it. They did the oil change and then came out 10 minutes later and said they couldn’t rotate my tires as they couldn’t lift my truck. They said they tried lifting it and they lift "Would only lift the front end of my truck". I drive a new $70,000 Dodge ram 2500 and it’s disgusting that they tried lifting this vehicle, not fully knowing that they were capable of lifting same.. I’m hoping they didn’t damage my frame. They should know which vehicles they’re capable of lifting in which vehicles they’re not capable of lifting. This is ridiculous. I then had to go to one of their competitors and have my tires rotated which cost me almost $40. The manager wouldn’t do anything for me with regard to making this headache, better and the district manager, Bryce, call me, and he was not willing to reduce my original bill in view of their errors. He said he could schedule me at another Jiffy Lube that could lift the truck for a rotation, but, at the juncture that I spoke with him, this had already been done. He should’ve given me a discount on my oil change service as I had such a headache over this and had to run around half of the afternoon rescheduling my tire rotation, and taking it into another garage. I highly suggest that you do not use Jiffy Lube, especially the one on San Carlos Blvd. in Fort Myers. Another thing that disgusted me about this oil change service Was shortly after they brought it into the service bay, the manager, GEOFFREY came out with my dipstick, indicating that I had some" burnt oil"On the end of my dipstick and he tried to upsell me a engine cleaning service of some type. I was livid over this as I have an oil change indicator on my new truck which indicated I had 25% oil life left before I even needed to change the oil. This is borderline criminal and they probably pull this game on many seniors in our area. Yes, of course he tried to sell me the usual cabin filter game that most places try to pull on you as well. These guys are not ethical. If I could give them a zero, I would give them a zero.So upsetting.

  My initial visit at this new location was 5 star. It appears that this location opened with a pro "parachute" crew; hence the glowing opinions, but the current team is woefully inadequate to work on modern cars. On the check sheet, 'battery' was shown as unserviceable; I had to add water to the battery. The glove compartment door fell off its track on the first opening. The team leader tried to sell me a cabin filter when it had just been replaced due to a mouse nest in the intake. The filter did hold a couple of pine needles but no fine dirt. He stated the rear brakes needed replacement even though the vehicle had just passed a thorough inspection four months prior. Modern vehicle owners are knowledgeable people, that's why we are having the car serviced. AVOID this Jiffy Lube location! After my recent oil change. I noticed that the top front bezel was missing several of its attachment fender plugs. When I removed the air filter, I discovered one of the plugs in the bottom of the air box. Go figure!
