  The team at this Dealership went above and beyond helping us find our dream Toy Hauler. Once they found the right one and a deal was reached, the service crew went above and beyond to help with a walk down of trailer and proper connection to the 5th wheel hitch. They spent time going over the trailer details, and did not rush us through the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for and needing advice on a RV.

  It has been a pleasure to work with Charles at General RV! I’ve gone back and forth with him quite a bit over the past few months, and he’s been nothing but patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. He’s always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help, even outside of normal business hours.   Alan is very knowledgeable about all things RV! He answered all my questions which helped a lot cause of my lack of knowledge about these things. He continued to go the extra mile to show me different models just so I was aware of the little details. If you need help here ask for Alan!!!

  Went there a couple times earlier this year looking for a unit the sales person on the floor refused to show me the units we were interested in once we were outside because they did not have an incentive to show me if I wasn’t ready to purchase at that time they even told me that they are on a rotation when a customer gets to the counter the next salesman is called up and that I wasted a whole 12 slots for the sales person. It’s sad that they have somebody like this working in that facility. The unit I was trading in was purchased from them couple years ago imagine wanting to look before you make a major investment and the sales person takes you out with a smile, but when you’re on the golf cart they nail it wanting to just get rid of you. You tell them to show you a couple units they refuse to show you them because you’re not ready to buy and they just sit there in the golf cart waiting for you. I even asked the sales person to open up one of the units so I could see it and the sales person told me they cannot do that because they don’t have batteries for them. Sad really is I will never ever visit that place again and it’s real close to my home. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
